| Teenagers are the hope of the future of the motherland,and their health is related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,students’ physical health has attracted more and more attention.Therefore,the state has put forward higher requirements for school physical education,and it is particularly important to strengthen students’ physique construction under this background.According to the relevant data,in recent years,the physical fitness of teenagers in China is declining,so it is an important problem to strengthen the development of teenagers’ physical fitness.Analyzing the reasons for the continuous decline of teenagers’ physique is that students’ subjective initiative is not strong,and the content of teaching materials is boring,which leads to their low interest in participating in physical exercise.Faced with this situation,the state has successively issued a number of relevant policies to strengthen the management of teenagers’ physical health,and has repeatedly mentioned the important measure of developing physical education curriculum resources in the documents.In the continuous progress of teaching reform,the boring content of traditional "class practice" is not conducive to the realization of teaching objectives.Therefore,the new "class practice" combines folk sports games with physical education in line with the principle of improving intelligence and benefiting body and changing ideas,and enriches teaching materials to enable students to achieve the purpose of improving their physical fitness through the combination of learning and games.The emphasis of middle school physical education is to strengthen students’ physical quality.Therefore,improving middle school students’ awareness and ability of physical exercise has become one of the important goals of current physical education reform and development.In this study,students from two classes of Grade 7 in No.26 Middle School of Yining City were taken as experimental objects.By using four research methods,such as literature review,experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the development of students’ physical fitness in the class of regular physical fitness "class practice" and the class of folk sports games "class practice" was compared.Before the experiment,the body shape,physical function and physical fitness indexes of the students in the two classes who participated in the teaching experiment were tested,and the test results were tested by T-test.The test results showed that there was no significant difference between the two classes,so the ten-week teaching experiment was started.Comparing the experimental results,it was concluded that:1.Physical fitness "class practice" has a certain role in promoting the development of students’ body shape.Compared with the control class before and after the experiment,the students in the experimental class have a slight increase in height and weight,but there is no significant difference.2.Physical fitness "class practice" can promote the development of students’ physical function.Compared with the students in the control class before and after the experiment,the values of vital capacity have increased,but due to the short period of teaching experiment,it failed to promote the significant development of students’ physical function.3.The differences in the content of physical fitness "class practice" can promote the development of students’ physical fitness in different degrees.After ten weeks of comparative teaching experiments,the results show that the physical quality of the students in the experimental class with the content of "class practice" of folk sports games has made remarkable progress in speed,flexibility,strength,explosive force and endurance quality of boys.The students in the control class who have regular physical fitness "class practice" have little change in physical fitness.Only the speed quality of girls,the strength quality and explosive power of boys have made significant progress,while the development of other physical fitness is relatively slow,and there is no significant difference.Therefore,the students who are integrated into the "class practice" class of folk sports games have more significant physical fitness development than those who are in the "class practice" class of routine physical fitness.4.The difference of physical fitness "class practice" has different effects on the development of students’ cognitive level.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the students in the experimental class are more interested in participating in physical fitness "class practice" than those in the control class,and have a higher degree of application of the skills learned in class.However,the subjective feeling of the students in the control class on the evaluation of the content of "class practice" is boring.It shows that integrating folk sports games into "class practice" can effectively mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm,sports participation and skills application,make them the main body of the class and promote their physical quality development. |
