As an important part of games,folk sports games have an irreplaceable position in the physical education classrooms of elementary and middle schools.The fun,diversity,novelty and cultural inheritance contained in them are teachers who broaden their horizons and use folk sports games to improve students'bodies.The basis of quality.After a long history,some folk sports games often appear in the eyes,such as the eagle catching the chick,tug of war,rubber band jumping and other folk sports games.Some folk sports games can only be seen on certain festivals,such as the Dragon Boat Festival.Dragon boats,dragon dances and lion dances during the Lantern Festival,these material cultures were once forgotten in a certain corner of history and ignored by people.On September 2,2019,the State Council officially issued the "Outline for Building a Powerful Sports Country" in the General Office of the Academy.The outline clearly stated that it is important for the society to form a sense of inheritance and integration into folk sports among people from all walks of life,and for the development of in-depth research on the physical fitness of sports.SignificanceThis paper selects12 physical education teachers from all primary schools in Hongshan District,Wuhan City and students from Grade 3(1)(2)of Wuluo Road Primary School in Hongshan District,Wuhan City as the survey objects.It uses literature data method,questionnaire survey analysis method,experimental analysis method,Mathematical statistical analysis method and expert interview analysis method are used to investigate the current situation of the influence of ethnic sports game teaching on students' comprehensive physical fitness and the situation of students' understanding of ethnic minority traditional items,and analyze them.Students in the third grade(1)(2)of Wuluo Road Primary School conducted an 8-week sports game teaching activity experiment in the laboratory,using its development speed,endurance,flexibility,and agility as the main teaching content,Combined with the teaching goals in the laboratory and the physical and mental health of the students to develop an open level,and designed a set of folk sports games that meet the actual teaching environment conditions as the teaching tools and methods of the third grade laboratory class.Throughout all the lessons,the content of the exercises is more gamified.The control class chooses the traditional physical education classroom teaching mode according to the teaching materials.According to the relevant indicators of the third grade students' physical fitness test in the national physical fitness test,as well as the opinions put forward by the experts in the interviews,four sports items of 50m running,800m long-distance running,standing long jump,and sitting forward bending were selected as the experiment.The test indicators were tested by professional testers before and after the experiment,and the data were analyzed and processed statistically.Research indicates:1.The knowledge and understanding of folk sports games were poor among the PE teachers and students of Wuluo Road Primary School in Hongshan District,the main influencing factors are students'low participation in sports,teachers'lack of professional talents and the restriction of school facilities and equipment.2.Both the folk sports game teaching method and the traditional teaching method have improved physical fitness on the original basis.The experimental class of the folk sports game teaching method has improved significantly in speed,flexibility and endurance;but it is open for improving strength The sexual game practice method is not as effective as the traditional teaching method of fixed technique and repeated practice.3.The learning motivation,learning ofi nterest and attitudethe in the experimental grouped were are higher then the learning motivation,attitude and you attitude of the students in the control group.The teaching and learning process of the folk sports game pedagogy can continuously excavate and learn.4.Folk sports game teaching can be used as a practice method in school physical education,but it cannot completely replace the physical activities under the school-based curriculum.
