| This article is based on Functional Movement Screen(FMS),using the literature and data law,experimental law,and data statistics to conduct a 12-week grouping experiment for 20 ordinary men’s high school students in Linxian County Senior High School(5).The group adopts functional training method,and the control group adopts traditional training method.Three aspects before and after the experiment,demonstration,physical fitness test,FMS action test,and badminton technology test.Objective: Discussion on the research on the application of FMS-based functional training in high school badminton teaching.Significance: enrich the training system for badminton teaching,provide scientific training basis,and improve training efficiency.The experimental results are:(1)Compared with the experiment before and after,the experimental group is 50meters(P <0.05),1000 meters(P <0.05),and the standing jump(P <0.05)is statistically significant.The control group is 50 meters(P> 0.05),1000 meters(P>0.05),the front flexion(P> 0.05),the standing jump(P> 0.05)is not statistically significant;(2)Compared with the experiment,the total score of the FMS action group(P<0.01),which is very significant and statistically significant.The P values of the 7action modes in the control group are all> 0.05,indicating that it is not statistically significant;(3)After the experiment,the total score of badminton technology in the experimental group was 171 points greater than the total score of 139 points greater than the control group,indicating that the badminton technology of the experimental group was better and improved.The conclusion of the research is:(1)The FMS screening tests were conducted on the two groups before and after the experiment.The screening evaluation of the experimental group was divided into13.30 ± 2.214,18.20 ± 1.751,and the increase was 36.8%.The increase is 12.9%,indicating that the function training method has better improvement of FMS.(2)After 12 weeks after 12 weeks of functional training and traditional training for the two groups of students,they found that of the five projects of the physical fitness,the experimental group had P <0.05 in 3 items,and the 4 items of the control group P> 0.05 It shows that functional training is more significant for improving physical fitness.In the FMS test,the total score of the experimental group P = 0.001<0.01,indicating that the total score is very significant and has statistically significant significance.In the control group,the P> 0.05 of the 7 actions indicates that the score before and after the experiment of the control group is not significant.(3)Special badminton skills,the experimental group scores higher than the control group,so the functional training students have more significant effects. |
