According to a series of health problems in the daily life of sedentary people and the urgent needs of such people for exercise intervention programs,the purpose of this paper is to exercise interventions on sedentary people through the use of physical functional training.This paper provides a data foundation to understand the effects of physical functional training on sedentary population interventions.Research methods: Using literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,40 people with typical characteristics of sedentary people were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,20 people in each group..The training plan was arranged in a unified manner,and the control group was routinely trained.The experimental group added physical functional training(12 weeks in total)on the basis of routine training.The experimenter is stable and the subjective factors involved in the experiment are stable.Results: The experimental group was subjected to 12-week exercise intervention through physical functional training.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention in the control group by traditional physical training,the body composition test of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.Indicators(including body weight,body mass index,fat content,skeletal muscle content)and seven action scores for functional action screening tests(including squats,step hurdle steps,straight bows,shoulder flexibility,initiative)After a comparative analysis of the straight knee lift,the trunk stable push-ups,and the rotation stability of the trunk,it was found that the experimental group using the physical functional training method to improve the performance of the body composition test or the functional action screening test Both are superior to the control group that uses traditional physical training to exercise intervention.Research conclusions: 1.Comparative analysis of the results of the experimental group and the control group showed that the traditional physical training content is lack of specificity,while the physical functional training pays more attention to the establishment of the action mode to improve the functional movement and physical function of the sedentary population.There are significant advantages.2.Body After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the special problems existing in the sedentary group were trained through various body postures and muscle contraction forms.The composition of the sedentary group in the experimental group was significantly changed,and the body composition test after the experiment can be analyzed.Functional training has a positive and significant effect on improving the fat content and increasing skeletal muscle content of sedentary people.3.The functional movements of the experimental group after the experiment have been significantly improved.Through functional training,it is beneficial to improve the stability and flexibility of the body-related joints,improve the imbalance and asymmetry in the body posture,and appropriately improve the neuromuscular activation training.Soft tissue regeneration training and PNF static stretching training to improve the posture and functional movement problems of sedentary people,and effectively improve exercise ability,indicating that functional training has a good effect on improving the basic functional movements of sedentary people.4.Physical functional training is more efficient and practical than traditional physical training.It has a significant effect on improving the related problems of sedentary people,and it is scientific and reasonable to use functional training as a sedentary exercise intervention program.5.Physical functional training for the improvement of sedentary population analysis: through rapid expansion compound training,strength training and soft tissue regeneration training and other related training content can effectively improve the health,posture and athletic ability of sedentary people.
