| With the needs of social and economic development,the employment market has higher and higher requirements for employees,and high-quality and high-skilled talents have become the inevitable trend of future market demand.In addition,employers also put forward new requirements for secondary vocational schools,requiring them to cultivate talents with professional core literacy.Teaching is an important way to cultivate high-quality talents.However,in the traditional teaching design of " tour guide business " in secondary vocational schools,the teaching objectives are vague,the theory and practice are separated,the teaching methods are single,and the students ’ main position is ignored,which can not meet the needs of quality education in the new era.In order to cultivate high-quality tourism talents,it is urgent to design the teaching of ’ tour guide business ’ in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research at home and abroad,understands the research status of professional core literacy,and clarifies the concept and theoretical basis of professional core literacy and teaching design.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the current situation of the cultivation of professional core literacy in the teaching of ’ tour guide business ’ in secondary vocational schools,and analyze the feasibility of cultivating professional core literacy in the teaching of ’ tour guide business ’ in secondary vocational schools.Thirdly,on the basis of referring to the ADDIE teaching mode,Smith-Reagan mode and Huang Ronghuai ’s three-stage hybrid teaching design mode,the teaching design of ’ tour guide business ’ in secondary vocational schools based on professional core literacy is constructed,including pre-teaching analysis,teaching process design and teaching evaluation design.The teaching process is divided into three parts :pre-class preview stage,in-class teaching stage and after-class review stage.Finally,taking the chapter of " Tour Guide Service Procedure and Service Quality " in the " Tour Guide Business " of secondary vocational school as an example,the teaching design and practice are carried out,and the teaching practice effect is analyzed.The practical results show that the teaching design based on professional core literacy is helpful to improve students ’ interest and initiative in learning,make up for the shortcomings in traditional teaching,and cultivate students ’ professional core literacy.On this basis,in order to arouse the attention of secondary vocational ’ tour guide business ’teachers to students ’ professional core literacy,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the teaching design of secondary vocational ’tour guide business ’ under professional core literacy from four aspects :(1)Teachers should strengthen professional literacy learning and improve professional ability;(2)Change the role of teachers and students,enhance individual subjective initiative;(3)Flexible implementation of teaching activities to enhance the overall interest of the classroom;(4)Create developmental teaching evaluation,pay attention to the all-round development of students.In order to put forward constructive suggestions from the dimensions of teachers ’ ability,teachers ’ and students ’ roles,teaching activities and teaching evaluation,the educational concept of professional core literacy is run through the overall teaching process of ’tour guide business ’ in secondary vocational schools. |
