| Labor is a purposeful,planned and organized social and material practical activity of human beings to transform the objective world.Labor is the basis for the survival and development of human society and runs through the whole development of human society.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,labor plays an active role in achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new journey of achieving the second century goal.The combination of education and productive labor is an important education policy that has been implemented in China for a long time.Currently,the Ministry of Education has issued a guideline outline about labor education in schools and universities,which explains the connotation and content of productive labor education.Colleges and universities should respond to and implement the education policy policy of the Party and the State,consciously take up the important task of productive labor education,and cultivate college students in the new era into socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intellect,physical fitness and labor.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth study on productive labor education of college students in the new era from five parts.The first part mainly discusses the research background and significance of productive labor education for college students in the new era,composes the relevant researches on productive labor education by domestic scholars and foreign scholars,and elaborates the research objectives,research contents,research methods and research innovations.The second part mainly discusses the connotation of productive labor education for college students in the new era,explains the principles,ways and objectives of productive labor education for college students in the new era,excavates the theoretical origin of productive labor education,takes Marx’s idea of productive labor as the logical starting point,and deeply studies the ideas of productive labor of successive generations of leaders of the Communist Party of China.The third part uses SPSSPRO to analyze the current situation of productive labor education of college students in the new era.Firstly,the questionnaire was tested for reliability and validity.Secondly,descriptive tests were conducted on the "cognition","emotion","will" and "behavior"of college students in the process of productive labor education."The descriptive analysis,multiple response analysis and cross-tabulation analysis were conducted in four dimensions.Finally,a differential analysis of the five-level Likert scale is conducted in four dimensions:theoretical content,practical content,approach and method,dominance of educators and subjectivity of educated people.The fourth part mainly discusses the reasons for the problems of productive labor education of college students in the new era.Based on the survey data and analysis of the current situation,an in-depth analysis is made on the reasons why the theoretical content of productive labor education needs to be enriched,the practical content needs to be improved,the methods and approaches need to be innovated,and the dominance of educators and the subjectivity of educated students have not been brought into play.The fifth part mainly discusses the countermeasures of productive labor education for college students in the new era.This paper constructs the countermeasures of productive labor education for college students in the new era from four dimensions: theoretical content,practical content,methods and approaches,the dominance of educators and the subjectivity of college students.In terms of theoretical content,it is necessary to explore the theory of productive labor in classical works of Marxism,enhance the nurturing role of excellent Chinese labor culture,innovate the nurturing form of productive labor education courses in colleges and universities,and permeate the theory of productive labor education in professional courses;in terms of practical content,it is necessary to build stable and comprehensive practical bases for productive labor education,integrate the content of productive labor education into social practice and cultural activities,and enhance the productive labor education of college students in productive labor practice.In terms of educational methods and approaches,we insist on the new method of combining excellent tradition and modern technology,constructing theoretical inculcation method combining explicit and implicit education,adopting self-education method combining online and offline education,and model demonstration method promoting the deeds of "model workers";in terms of In terms of inter-subjectivity,it is necessary to enhance the dominant role of educators in production and labor education,strengthen the subjectivity of college students in production and labor education,and build a unity between the dominant role of educators and the subjectivity of college students. |
