students are at a crutial stage of life.Like flowers in budding which need to be watered,they should be carefully guided and educated while they grow up.Courses on political philosophy in colleges and universities are fundamental to implementing the basic requirement of education on values and moral integrity.Teachers of political philosophy in colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the younger generations who can be worthy of the important task of national rejuvenation.In the new era,only by giving full play to the subjectivity of teachers of political philosophy in colleges and universities,can they develop courses on political philosophy well,promote the all-round development of college students,and cultivate talents who love the Party and serve the Ministry of Education,and the work progress of implementing the spirit of the symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses published at the press conference of the Ministry of Education,we found that there are some problems in the subjective development of a small number of teachers of political philosophy in colleges and universities.On this basis,it mainly analyzes the reasons for the problems in the subjective development of teachers of political philosophy in the new era from the objective and subjective aspects.The fourth chapter proposes the path to improve the subjectivity of teachers of political philosophy in colleges and universities in the new era.Colleges and universities should establish and improve the guarantee mechanism of taking the Marxist Institute as a key college,the Marxist theory discipline as a key discipline,and the course on political philosophy as a key course;should be strict with the requirements of teachers in terms of politics,ethics and professional ability,and establish and improve the entry and exit mechanisms of teachers of political philosophy in colleges and universities;should establish and improve the
