| Curriculum reform has always been a key aspect of education in China,and physical education courses in primary and secondary schools have entered a new stage.The content of physical education curriculum reform not only includes students’ cultivation methods and values,but also includes curriculum content and evaluation,which is a guarantee for promoting students’ comprehensive development.In physical education classroom teaching,teaching methods are the most important approach and a hot topic of concern for teachers.Exploring innovative teaching methods has always been a focus of attention for frontline teachers and educators.Junior high school students are in a critical period of growth and development,with strong personality awareness and significant differences.They need to seek teaching methods that are suitable for junior high school students.Microteaching is to make full use of multimedia equipment in the teaching process to enable students to watch videos of learning actions,take videos to watch and evaluate and analyze technical actions,so that they can quickly learn or correct wrong actions,achieve teaching goals faster and achieve better teaching results.This study conducts a comparative experimental study on the first grade students of Nanjing People’s Middle School through micro-grid teaching and traditional teaching,analyzes the application of micro-grid teaching in the teaching of "athletics" skills of junior high school students,explores more effective junior high school sports and athletics teaching methods,and contributes to the development of basic education.In the research process,using the methods of literature review,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.,the research draws the following conclusions: 1.Microteaching can improve students’ interest and attitude in learning,and improve students’ learning motivation;2.Compared with the traditional teaching,Microteaching can significantly improve the technical movements of standing long jump,solid ball and fast running,which makes the achievements of the three skills of track and field greatly improved;3.After 8 weeks of experiment,the improvement effect of the control group’s students’ classroom participation is not as significant as that of the experimental group.Microteaching allows students to have more opportunities to perform in the classroom,and students’ subjectivity is reflected;4.Microteaching increases the opportunities for communication between teachers and students,so that students can experience the feelings of teachers in the teaching process,which is more helpful to build teacher-student relationship.Taking the expansion of school physical education teaching methods as the starting point,before and after the experiment,according to the problems found in expert interviews,questionnaires and practical operations,the following suggestions are put forward for the application of micro-grid teaching to the skills teaching of "athletics" of junior high school students: 1.Teachers should constantly improve themselves,master more modern multimedia technologies,and apply innovative thinking to practical teaching;2.Use tablets or mobile phones to shoot and watch videos,allowing students to establish correct action concepts and ideas.Through technical evaluation and analysis,fuether coeeect action concepts and formationl;3.Considering individual differences of students,encourage more introverted students,and opportunities to enhance their confidence;4 Let trainees learn through Microteaching videos to ensure students’ learning progress and learning effect. |
