| In recent years,with the active promotion of research travel policy and the reform of geography curriculum,geography research travel has become an inevitable trend in the development of middle school education.However,at present,there is a phenomenon of unbalanced regional development in the development of geographical research activities in China.In cities with high level of economic development,geographical research activities are in full swing;However,the underdeveloped areas in Northwest China,affected by economic,policy and other factors,failed to effectively carry out geographical research travel activities,which caused great obstacles to the improvement of local education level.Therefore,in order to implement the research policy in the underdeveloped areas of Northwest China,carry out the geographical reform policy in the underdeveloped areas of Northwest China,and promote the professional level of geography teachers in the underdeveloped areas of Northwest China,the author takes the Taiji middle school in Yongjing County as an example to explore the design of geographical research travel activities in the underdeveloped areas of Northwest China.First of all,the investigation and study found that Yongjing County,an underdeveloped area in Northwest China,has some problems in geographical research travel:(1)the government’s publicity and supervision of research travel is insufficient;(2)Schools do not fully understand the importance of geography;(3)Teachers’ enthusiasm for research and learning is not high,and their ability of geography research and learning is insufficient;(4)The implementation of students’ subject status is not in place;(5)Parents do not pay much attention to it,and the funds for geography research are insufficient.Then,according to the problems,the corresponding suggestions are put forward:(1)the education department should pay more attention to research education and strengthen publicity and supervision;(2)The school pays more attention to geography and the development of students’ comprehensive ability;(3)The school enhances teachers’ attention to research education and organizes teachers to carry out geography research training;(4)The design and implementation of geography research activities should be student-centered and highlight the main position of students;(5)Parents should pay more attention to geography research travel and raise social welfare funds through online media.Finally,the author takes "weather and climate" and "agriculture" as examples to design an educational and practical design scheme of geographical research travel activities;Through the interview,we asked the leaders of Geography in Yongjing County for their evaluation and suggestions on the scheme,hoping to provide reference for the orderly development of geography research and study travel in Yongjing county. |
