| Geography Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition)put forward the innovation of geography teaching process,creating an intuitive and vivid teaching environment to cultivate students’ core qualities.As an effective method,geographical practice should be implemented in the teaching stage of high school.Rural geography is the cradle of practical activities,which provides a real and friendly situation and research problems for activities.Therefore,how to effectively design practical activities on the basis of the development of rural resources has become a problem to be solved at present.Through a variety of research methods,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The survey on the current situation of geography practice activities in Chongqing high school shows that geography practice activities in Chongqing high school are limited by security,time,funds,teachers’ interests and other factors,and the frequency of activities is small.Some teachers have no awareness of activities,and the evaluation method needs to be improved.(2)According to the geography curriculum standards and the requirements of geography practice activities in the senior high school geography textbooks,this paper lists three categories of geography practice activities that are easy to be carried out in senior high schools,and designs 30 themes and locations for activities in combination with Chongqing’s local geography resources as well as the key points for the development of interdisciplinary geography practice activities.(3)In view of the lack of geography practice cases,three geography practice activities are designed and one of them is implemented.Through a semester of geography practice teaching,the experimental results show that geography practice activities play a positive role in cultivating students’ geography core accomplishment and geography achievement,and can also enhance students’ learning interest. |
