| With the rapid development of modern information technology and the country’s high requirements for education,educators continue to explore a student-oriented new education model.Flipped classroom,due to its unique teaching organization form,can improve students’ psychology,physiology and other aspects to a certain extent.This paper focuses on the dimensions of the cultivation of students’ core physical literacy,exploring the efficient and feasible operation mode of the flipped course,so as to provide support for the development of middle school aerobics teaching activities and promote the development of aerobics.By analyzing the relevant data of questionnaire and experimental results,the key influencing the cultivation of students’ core physical literacy is mastered,and conditions are created for the integrated application of flipped classroom in middle school aerobics teaching.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,taking 120 students from two classes of Fruitful Middle School in Fuyang City as the experimental objects to conduct a 15-week teaching intervention experiment.Before and after the experiment,a series of test data such as physical fitness and basic skills of the two classes were investigated,counted,compared and analyzed.Thus,the following results can be obtained by comparing the changes in teaching effects between flipped classroom and traditional teaching:(1)The relationship between core physical literacy and middle school aerobics teaching:The analysis of the influence of middle school aerobics teaching on the core quality of physical education: it is believed that the influence of middle school aerobics teaching on the core quality of physical education is the biggest,the sports spirit is the second,the health promotion is relatively small;Cultivating the core quality of sports in middle school is beneficial to the cultivation of students’ sports spirit;The improvement of athletic ability;(a)healthy development of body and mind;The formation of lifelong sports concept;Physical core accomplishment can optimize middle school aerobics teaching;To improve the comprehensive teaching ability of middle school aerobics teachers;Promote the healthy development of middle school calisthenics.(2)Experimental results of flipped classroom and traditional teaching in calisthenics teaching in middle school:After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in height,50 m,sitting forward bend,standing long jump,800/ 1000 m.The results of basic skill test,theory test and complete test have significant differences.After the experiment,the number of students in the experimental group who were interested in aerobics or very interested in aerobics increased,while the number of students in the control group decreased;After the experiment,the experimental class had a higher degree of recognition on flipped classroom aerobics teaching;The factors influencing flipped classroom aerobics application in middle school students believed that teaching design and teachers accounted for the largest proportion,followed by teaching environment and curriculum arrangement,and school and other factors accounted for a relatively small proportion.(3)The relationship between flipped classroom and core sports literacy:Sports core literacy promotes the development of flipped classroom;Flipped classroom is conducive to cultivating sportsmanship,improving sports practice ability and promoting the formation of health promotion.(4)Application analysis of flipped classroom in middle school aerobics teaching from the perspective of core physical literacyFrom the perspective of core physical literacy,the application of flipped classroom in middle school aerobics focuses on the selection of teaching software and the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability,so as to constantly promote the reform of aerobics teaching.From the perspective of physical core literacy,the middle school aerobics teaching takes flipped classroom as the teaching medium to cultivate students’ physical core literacy,explores the application direction of flipped course in aerobics teaching,promotes the development of aerobics teaching and promotes the reform of aerobics teaching.Based on the experimental research in this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Core physical literacy and middle school aerobics teaching promote mutual development.(2)Aerobics teaching in flipped classroom improves students’ physique,basic skills,theoretical and practical abilities,learning interest and recognition.(3)Coordinated development of flipped classroom and sports core literacy to achieve a win-win situation.(4)From the perspective of core physical literacy,flipped classroom promotes the reform and development of middle school aerobics teaching.Based on the research conclusions,suggestions on the application of flipped classroom in middle school aerobics teaching from the perspective of physical core literacy are put forward:(1)To reform middle school aerobics teaching closely with physical core literacy.(2)Actively promote the application of flipped classroom in aerobics teaching from the perspective of core physical literacy.(3)Promote students’ all-round development based on flipped classroom.(4)Optimize the teaching model of aerobics and establish the teaching idea of keeping pace with The Times.(5)Improve the teaching ability of calisthenics teachers,and carry out dual teaching training of calisthenics teaching theory and practice.(6)Reasonable allocation of calisthenics class hours,optimization of teaching design,and improvement of student evaluation system.(7)Rich content of calisthenics teaching,diverse teaching forms,development and utilization of teaching AIDS. |
