In order to implement the requirements of General Secretary Jinping on ideological and political education and improve the effectiveness of the course of ideological and political infiltration in the process of education and teaching in the whole phase,the General Office of the Ministry of Education and issued the "Construction Guidance Committee of the Integrated Construction of the Ministry of Education’s Thoughts of the Ministry of Education," The introduction of this document has effectively promoted the progress of the integration of ideological and political courses in large and middle schools,and improving the timeliness of the integration of ideological and political education in discipline education,thereby achieving discipline courses and ideological and political courses.Effect.High school sports teaching practice courses can better combine sports practice and ideological and political theory.While highlighting the use of practical use,focusing on the simultaneous cultivation of students’ thoughts,will,physical and sports knowledge.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,classroom observation method,logical analysis method,and mathematical statistics method to explore the ideological and political education goals in high school physical education textbooks,summarize the ideological and political elements contained in high school physical education textbooks,and analyze the current situation of ideological and political education in high school physical education practice courses,students’ cognition of ideological and political education courses,and the problems existing in physical education practice courses through questionnaire surveys,classroom observations,and expert interviews with some high schools.Combined with the logical analysis method,the optimization path of high school physical education to practice curriculum ideology and politics is proposed.Based on this study,the following research conclusions are obtained:1.School implementation is insufficient,18% of physical education teachers said that their schools do not attach much importance to the ideological and political education of physical education courses,4% of physical education teachers believe that schools do not attach great importance to ideological and political education of physical education courses at all,there are gaps in the teaching quality of individual schools,and policy publicity needs to be improved;2.There is a deviation in the practice of curriculum ideological and political teaching concepts by physical education teachers,56% of physical education teachers said that the ideological and political education ability of physical education teachers is weaker than that of ideological and political theory teachers,and only 28% of physical education teachers said that they know the ideological and political education curriculum very well;Through classroom observation,some physical education teachers are too formal when practicing curriculum ideology and politics,physical education teachers have insufficient ability to excavate ideological and political elements in the curriculum,and the excavation of ideological and political elements is not deep and comprehensive enough.3.Physical education teachers’ practice of curriculum ideological and political teaching arrangements are unreasonable,56% of physical education teachers said that they often conduct ideological and political education for students in physical education teaching,and only 18% of physical education teachers said in the survey that they will carefully design teaching plans when conducting ideological and political education in physical education courses,and physical education teachers lack the ability to innovate the methods and methods of ideological and political teaching of physical education courses;4.The overall development of physical education character of high school students is uneven,and there is a bias in the cognition of the ideological and political content of physical education courses,25.14% of students said that the relationship between physical education and ideological and political education is generally close and 4.28% of students believe that physical education and ideological and political education are not closely related,and students mainly rely on school information transmission and teachers’ teaching in terms of ways to obtain ideological and political knowledge of physical education courses;At the same time,21.31% of the students said that obtaining ideological and political education in physical education classes was not in line with their own sense of learning,and some students thought that the teaching methods and methods of physical education teachers to practice curriculum ideology and politics were unreasonable,and the teaching process was boring.5.There is a deviation in students’ acceptance of ideological and political knowledge in physical education courses,and students’ overall ideological and political awareness needs to be improved,and the factors affecting students’ acceptance of ideological and political knowledge of physical education courses mainly focus on the choice of teaching methods and teaching forms of physical education teachers.According to the research conclusion,the specific optimization path of high school physical education teaching practicing curriculum ideology and politics:1.In high school,schools must do a good job of sports teaching to practice curriculum ideology and politics:(1)Do a good job of policy communication and improve implementation efforts;(2)Increase high school physical education teaching training for ideological and political training;2.Improve high school physical education teachers to practice curriculum ideological and political teaching awareness:(1)Building awareness of high school physical education
