| In his speech during his research in Anhui Province,General Secretary Jinping clearly pointed out that "education on revolutionary traditions should start with children and guide the majority of young people to establish a correct world view,outlook on life and values." In order to strengthen the education of students on revolutionary traditions,the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has specifically issued the "Guide to the Introduction of Revolutionary Traditions into the Curriculum and Teaching Materials of Primary and Secondary Schools";the "Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)" also contains specific contents related to "revolutionary traditions" and "revolutionary culture The " Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)"also contains specific contents related to " revolutionary tradition " and " revolutionary culture.Against the background of attaching great importance to revolutionary tradition education,the language curriculum,which is both instrumental and humanistic,should give full play to its unique advantages in revolutionary tradition education and take up the responsibility of actively guiding students to inherit and carry forward revolutionary traditions.As an important vehicle for passing on the "traditional revolutionary culture" and promoting the development of "traditional revolutionary education",the revolutionary traditional works in the current unified junior secondary language textbooks(hereinafter referred to as junior secondary language textbooks)are worthy of further investigation in terms of their selection and editing characteristics,nurturing value,teaching status and current teaching problems.In view of this,this paper specifically examines the selection and teaching of revolutionary traditional works in junior high school language textbooks.The whole paper is divided into five parts,including four chapters of the introduction and the main text,respectively.The first chapter is to clarify the concept and nurturing value of revolutionary traditional works;the second chapter is to sort out the selected revolutionary traditional works in junior high school language textbooks and summarize their selection and arrangement characteristics;the third chapter is to investigate the current situation of teaching revolutionary traditional works in junior high school language textbooks and find out specific problems such as teachers’ and students’ insufficient knowledge of revolutionary traditional works and unsatisfactory teaching and learning results;the fourth chapter is to put forward targeted countermeasures by combining the problems found in the investigation.It is hoped that the research in this paper will help enhance the effectiveness of revolutionary tradition education in language subjects and promote the inheritance and promotion of revolutionary traditional culture;it will help the reform and development of teaching revolutionary traditional works so that the language curriculum can give full play to its nurturing value. |
