Study Of Program Based Management For Training In TP Training School

It becomes a trend to study the engineering project for its task in the field of construction and social science research area.For the purpose of serving and the educational philosophy of “1+1>2”.the TP training school will be committed to setting up the bridge for training excellent tutor and parents who are focusing on their children's academic in the early stage.And in then middle age,it hopes the teacher are capable of providing the mode of "one to one,a pair of two",family education,or encourage students to enter school and carry out large class teaching comprehensively.However,the loose management of all kinds of training project in TP training school is low efficiency and with low rate of completion.This Paper takes the training program of primary and secondary school students in the TP training school as the research object,and it attempts to find the problems existing in the training program through analyzing of its training status.Based on some methods and theories of project management,it will optimize the existing school management training programs of primary and middle school students so as to improve its efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of the school.Beginning with the training project of current primary and middle school students,it will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing model in the paper,using the theory and method of project management and taking the comprehensive thinking into consideration to make a optimization for the training project from the angles of scope definition of project management,the time process control of project,the cost control of project,the communication management of project,the quality management and risk management of project respectively,and finally it will put forward to feasible plan.The author expects to explore a suitable training project system for training school in the Midwest by this research.
