With the continuous development of the national new curriculum reform,the “General High School Biology Curriculum Standards”(2017 edition revised in 2020)puts forward new requirements for middle school biology teaching,to develop students’ core literacy in biology,and life concept is the core content of subject core literacy,so it is imperative to cultivate students’ concept of life.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the new college entrance examination examines students’ comprehensive ability and the achievement of core competencies,especially the cultivation of life concepts.Therefore,this thesis is of great significance to study the biological proposition of the college entrance examination based on the concept of life,which can not only take the preparation of test questions as the entry point,enrich and deepen the theory of test question preparation,but also provide a theoretical basis for the teaching goal of cultivating students’ core literacy,and improve the professional quality of teachers and promote the comprehensive development of students,so this research has certain theoretical and practical significance,and has research value.The main research methods used in this paper include questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,literature research method,experimental research method,etc.Through the compilation of the questionnaire “High School Biology Teachers’ Cognition of Life Concepts and College Entrance Examination Propositions”,the understanding and implementation of life concepts by high school biology teachers in F City were understood,and data support was provided for this study.Taking the 2016-2022 Anhui Biology High School Examination as a case,the question types related to life concept were analyzed to provide reference for the preparation of test questions;Through the literature research method,the relevant theories and literature are compiled to provide a theoretical basis for this research;Finally,the prepared test questions will be used for experiments,statistics of student test results,and analysis,so as to provide some suggestions for improvement in the preparation of test questions.The prepared test questions are used for the actual test,distributed to the third year students of F City No.1 Middle School for testing,the students’ answer results are compared with the high school third year and one model results,using SPSS22.0 and Excel statistical software to conduct descriptive statistics and difference analysis of the two results,the results are found that the results,difficulty,and differentiation of the two exams are comparable,compared with the first model test questions,this preparation of the test questions can also achieve a good measurement effect,on the basis of analyzing the previous years’ high exam questions,The quality of the college entrance examination mock questions compiled according to the principle and process of test question preparation is worthy of recognition,which can well evaluate and diagnose the cultivation of students’ concept of life.There are two main innovations in this thesis: one is to take “Life concept ” as the starting point for propositional research,which is different from the previous core literacy as the entry point,the entry point of this thesis is more detailed,enriching and deepening the theory of “Life concept ”test question preparation;The second is to systematically analyze the characteristics of Anhui biology high school examination questions from 2016 to 2022,elaborate the process and principles of test question preparation,and provide reference for front-line teachers to prepare test questions and research propositions.
