| The rural vitalization strategy is based on the principal contradiction at the present stage of our country,in order to pursue the common rich goal,promote the urban and rural integrated development,and realize the transformation between development logic and economic power.To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must break the bottleneck of talent,and in the talent support system,the youth group is indispensable.From the theoretical point of view,there is a strong coupling between rural employment and entrepreneurship of young people and the high quality realization of the strategic goal of rural revitalization.However,in terms of rural reality,the current rural industrial foundation is weak,the base of youth group is small and the outflow form is severe,which is difficult to meet the needs of future rural development,so it is urgent to further improve incentive policies to encourage more young talents to participate in rural construction voluntarily.This paper takes the above content as the research starting point and takes the phenomenon of rural employment and entrepreneurship of young people in S City as the main research object.Based on the questionnaire data of 974 youth groups,106 questionnaires of village cadres and related interview data,the following is extracted: The composition and overall characteristics of local rural youth groups,the needs of rural employment and entrepreneurship of young people,the types of young talents needed for rural development,and the status of relevant support policies for young people.Then,the paper focuses on the analysis of the problems that hinder the youth groups from participating in rural employment and entrepreneurship in S City,and discusses the causes of the problems in detail.Finally,based on the analysis and discussion results,the paper puts forward the optimization plan for promoting rural employment and entrepreneurship of young people in five aspects. |
