The curriculum reform in the new era adheres to the quality orientation and aims to implement core quality through grand vision.In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the "Curriculum Plan and Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)",which requires teachers to select important concepts based on core literacy requirements,sort out and study conceptual systems,optimize the structure of curriculum content,establish interdisciplinary thematic learning activities,and establish a framework for students’ advanced learning and development.Kindergarten education is an important component of basic education and the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education in China.Kindergarten education should more comply with the trend of the new curriculum reform,and it is even more necessary to carry out the enlightenment of grand outlook education for young children in advance to lay a solid foundation for their lifelong development.However,at present,the theoretical and practical research on the concept of grand outlook in China is mostly concentrated in primary and secondary schools,and there are few studies using it to guide the teaching practice in the early childhood education stage.Using it to guide the teaching practice in the early childhood stage is still in the exploration stage.At the same time,some studies have pointed out that the integration of various educational elements in the design and implementation of current theme activities is not strong,it is difficult to support the overall development of young children,and it is difficult to cultivate their comprehensive literacy.Therefore,it is very necessary and meaningful to conduct research on the design and implementation of theme activities in kindergartens based on grand concept.This study takes W Kindergarten in S City as the research object,delves into the theme activity site of the park,inspects its theme activity design and implementation,and uses research methods such as literature review,observation,and interview to sort out the relevant research foundation of the concept of grand view and kindergarten theme activity design.Based on the concept of grand view,it constructs a theoretical framework for kindergarten theme activity design under the concept of grand view,Analyze and attribute the existing problems in the design of kindergarten class themed activities,propose optimization paths for kindergarten themed activity design under the concept of grand concept,and propose guarantee suggestions for kindergarten themed activity design under the concept of grand concept from both teachers and kindergartens,providing theoretical perspectives and references for kindergarten themed activity design.Research has found that by delving deep into the kindergarten field and using observation,interview,and physical analysis methods to accurately collect and organize corresponding practical materials,the entire process of kindergarten theme activity design is examined,and the problems in the current theme activity design process are analyzed and extracted,including four aspects of objectives,content,organization,and evaluation.In the process of designing themed activities in kindergarten classes,the activity objectives lack attention to core competencies and are particularly focused on the "knowledge" aspect;The activity content pursues comprehensive coverage and lacks reasonable integration of activities in the five major fields;The activity process lacks flexibility and contextuality,resulting in an opposition between presupposition and generation;Activity evaluation lacks sustainability and places too much emphasis on established evaluations of knowledge and skills acquisition.Based on the results of practical investigations,this study analyzes the factors that affect the design of kindergarten themed activities.In terms of activity goals,teachers hold the goal value orientation of knowledge based;In terms of activity content,teachers’ awareness of curriculum integration is weak;In the organization of activities,teachers adhere to the orientation of faithful curriculum implementation;In activity evaluation,teachers ignore the value of curriculum evaluation.Based on the practical investigation and analysis of influencing factors of kindergarten theme activity design,combined with the concept of Grand Concept,the optimization path of kindergarten theme activity design under the concept of Grand Concept is proposed.It includes setting literacy based curriculum goals,selecting multifaceted and integrated curriculum content,dynamic curriculum organization based on guiding questions,and situational performance task evaluation.And propose safeguards for the design of kindergarten theme activities under the concept of "grand concept" : teachers should establish a sense of grand concept,create a teaching community of grand concept,and then attach importance to and achieve the construction of a learning community of kindergarten theme activities.It aims to promote the implementation of theme activity design under the concept of grand concept.
