Language performance is the most direct and the most convenient way of communication for people. Language performance is one of the most basic and most important human ability. Good oral ability is not only a magic weapon of interpersonal communication, but also the embodiment of the quality. With the accelerating urbanization process, more and more migrant workers will get their children into the city. How to let migrant children into the city and to adapt to the school life in the city, the ability has become a real education problem to communicate with people. So it has important practical significance to research migrant children with oral performance problem under this concept of promoting education.This study use observation method, interview method, literature analysis, comparative research methods to investigate the expression level of migrant children spoken Chinese analysis. The results showed it has a certain gap that the oral expression of migrant children compared with the spoken Chinese of original citizens. The main problems of migrant children spoken Chinese are: in terms of voice, the words don’t have standard pronunciation. In the use of vocabulary, vocabulary is limited, words, using a single, fixed, word chaos phenomenon is serious; In terms of language combination, express train of thought is not clear, do not talk repetition, chapters; On the wording, colloquial English, the more words such as the frequent use. The reason is that migrant children itself early life experience and drab, lack of formal preschool education experience and reading less, and their own family and school factors infect.To improve the expression level of spoken Chinese ‘in migrant children effectively,this paper put forward some suggestions and measures of the targeted:Schools, first of all, it should be aware of important roles in the development of Chinese oral expression ability of students, to improve the status of Chinese oral courses in school teaching. The teacher in class should be willing to spend much moer effort specifically for students oral. Finally, the teacher must take evaluation criteria, in a timely manner to evaluate the problem of students’ oral expression, from the aspects of teaching to improve students’ oral ability. Family, parents should pay attention to their words and deeds, efforts to create a healthy living environment for children and language environment. Students themselves also should focus on their own spoken language and pragmatic habits. To broaden cultural vision and to make the language more accurate and vivid.
