Study On Narrative Painting Therapy To Improve The Rebellious Psychology Of Stepfamily Adolescents

According to statistics from the Ministry of Civil Affairs,the divorce rate in our country is increasing year by year,and the number of remarriage families will increase accordingly.However,teenagers who follow their parents into remarriage families will have a series of psychological problems due to changes in family structure,which will not only hinder their own psychological growth and development,but also worsen the relationship between family members.This article focuses on the rebellious psychological status of adolescents who follow their remarried parents into a new family.Questionnaire survey and interview are used to analyze the rebellious psychological problems of adolescents in remarried families.It is found that most of the rebellious psychological status of adolescents in remarried families is mainly manifested in emotional instability,impulsivity,often conflict with their parents,and not being disciplined by them.Based on the theory of psychodynamic theory,family system theory and Maslow’s needs theory,this article takes case social work as the main method,supplemented by narrative painting therapy,and intervenes in the service objects with reverse psychology discovered by the author.After gaining the trust of the service objects and establishing a professional relationship with them,Through the stages of story telling,problem externalization,story deconstruction,story reconstruction,and effect consolidation,the service objects are helped to adjust their emotions,shape reasonable beliefs,and promote good interaction between them and the family,so as to improve the rebellious psychology of teenagers in stepfamilies.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is that narrative painting therapy has certain applicability in improving the rebellious psychology of adolescents in stepfamilies,and dual intervention of individuals and families can better improve the rebellious psychology of adolescents in stepfamilies.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve this problem.The innovation of this article lies in the use of narrative painting therapy to discuss the improvement of rebellious psychology of teenagers in stepfamilies.It combines narrative therapy with painting therapy to return narrative to life,and combines externalization of problems with subconsciousness.Through the presentation of painting works of the service objects,So that the service object in the process of painting creation show their own real ideas,so as to intervene in it.The deficiencies of this article are mainly due to the limited research time and the need for further research on the sustainability of the intervention effect,so it is difficult to form universality of individual cases.
