With the advent of the information age of the development of society,we can often see from news channels,Weibo and other channels that the physical and mental health problems of junior high school students in our country are increasing year by year,especially the students who are about to face high school entrance examination in the third year of junior high school,and the pressure of entering school and exams is gradually increasing.As the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression caused by stress gradually appear,the problem of students’ mental health has become a high concern for schools,parents and even the society.Therefore,the author hopes to use painting therapy to enter the art teaching classroom and encourage students to improve their self-confidence.,To relieve students’ inner anxiety and negative emotions,so as to cultivate a healthy and optimistic attitude of students and develop a healthy personality.This research aims to clarify the feasibility of painting therapy in regulating the anxiety of high school students and the importance of students’ physical and mental health.The ultimate goal is not to achieve the therapeutic effect,but to combine painting therapy with art education to ease the high school entrance examination.The way of students’ anxiety is to help students correctly understand anxiety.This thesis explores the application of "painting therapy" in junior high school art courses by using literature method,questionnaire method,teaching practice method and observation method.Through the questionnaire and the SAS self-test form,109 students in the third grade and two classes of a certain school were surveyed.According to the results of the questionnaire,the specific analysis was carried out to understand the students’ views and thoughts on painting therapy.The intervention teaching practice of "Fang Shuren" Propositional Painting,students’ psychological development is staged and unbalanced.Through the analysis of the description and images of the works by the students,it helps the students to solve the high learning pressure and parents in the current stage of study and life.Excessive expectations cause psychological anxiety.Through the appreciation course "There are words in the painting",students are guided to open their hearts and face anxiety,and through "Graffiti Diary-Expressing the Voice of the Soul" to release stress and anxiety,and finally summarize the effects of painting therapy Some influences of art education and some problems that always arise in the classroom.Real cases are used to demonstrate the effect of bringing painting therapy into the art classroom to alleviate the anxiety of high school entrance examination students.Due to the limited number of majors,the number of documents collected and other factors,the psychological development of students will continue to undergo a series of changes over time,so there may be errors in the representativeness of their conclusions,and they are only for art teachers engaged in painting therapy teaching activities.Provide some reference.
