A Practical Study On Film Therapy Intervention In Social Adjustment Of College Veterans

With the optimization of higher education entrance examination policy,college students have gradually become an important force in Chinese military construction.However,due to the living environment,social role,personal development adaptation and other difficulties brought by military transfer,college students who choose to return home after discharge are easy to lead to a lengthy discharge transition period,which not only lags behind individual development,but also affects social harmony.Focusing on the adaptation process of college veterans,deconstructing their realistic situation,probing into the root of their problems,and searching for solutions to possible adaptation obstacles can be a beneficial exploration to promote the realization of the value of college veterans,expand the field of military social work,and form a good social atmosphere and the two-way development situation of military transfer and local entry into the army.This paper takes of social work as the entry point,from the perspective of social support,social integration and advantage theory,takes Q community as the investigation carrier,conducts in-depth research on adaptation status through data collection methods such as questionnaire survey,typical sampling and interview,analyzes the causes of military environment,individual skills,social resources and social worker participation,and explores the interaction between individuals and social support system.It is found that there are problems of social adaptation in the aspects of role pattern,social interaction and career development.Select representative individuals to carry out casework services,with potential exploitation as the starting point,follow the demand-oriented,so that they become the guide of self-planning.At the same time,film therapy is the main line,and cognitive behavioral skills and social integration methods are integrated into the intervention process,which to a certain extent improves the individual’s social adaptability and life happiness,and explores an effective way for professional social workers and various social forces to integrate and deal with the social adjustment problems of college veterans.Finally,the paper puts forward policy suggestions from three aspects: endogenous motivation,integration of social support and embedment of resettlement system.The proportion of college veterans returning to society is not high,so the personalized exploration is limited.In this paper,the professional social work practice of this group is carried out to enrich the content of group research and update the application method.However,there is still some room for development in the objectivity of research,the universality of regional research and the long-term performance of tracking mechanism.On the whole,it provides reference for the specific improvement of social adjustment of college veterans,and also expands the ideas for the promotion and verification of follow-up research activities.
