Research On The Cultivation Of Labor Literacy Among College Students In The New Era

In the new era,paying attention to and strengthening the cultivation of labor literacy among college students is necessary to meet the current social development,and is also an important way to nurture people for the Party and the country.Labor literacy is a comprehensive overview of the labor mentality and labor skills matched by workers in the process of labor,and is the core point of labor education.As the most dynamic group of future socialist construction,the cultivation of labor literacy of college students is of great significance to the development of families,colleges and universities,society and individuals.To systematically discuss the cultivation of labor literacy among college students in the new era,to clarify the current problems in the cultivation of labor literacy among college students,to analyze the causes of these problems,and to explore the path of cultivating labor literacy among college students is not only to enrich the basic theory of cultivating labor literacy among college students in the new era,but also to fulfill the practical needs of the new generation of the times who can take up the responsibility of national rejuvenation.This paper mainly adopts literature research method and questionnaire research method to investigate the current situation of labor literacy cultivation among college students in the new era,analyze the main problems in the process of cultivating labor literacy among college students in the new era and the reasons for the problems,and try to propose measures to change the current dilemma of cultivating labor literacy among college students.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introductory part.The second part is an overview of the cultivation of labor literacy among college students in the new era,which mainly elaborates the connotation,content and importance of the cultivation of labor literacy among college students in the new era.The third part is the theoretical basis for cultivating labor literacy among college students in the new era,which mainly summarizes the discussions on labor and labor literacy cultivation in the classical writers of Marxism,successive generations of leaders of the Communist Party of China and the excellent Chinese traditional culture.The fourth part is the current situation of labor literacy cultivation among college students in the new era.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,the basic problems in the cultivation of labor literacy among college students are clarified,and the reasons for these problems are further analyzed.The fifth part is the countermeasures to improve and perfect the cultivation of labor literacy among college students in the new era.
