An Experimental Study On The Influence Of Gymnastic Exercise On Children’s Gross Movement Development

Abstract/Summary:
This paper adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and so on,taking the influence of gymnastics exercise on the development of children’s gross movements as the research object,and taking 30 female children in Chengdu Children’s Amateur Sports School as the experiment object,and studies the displacement ability and object control ability of children.The research results are as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of gymnastics practice,the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in the test results of front sliding,jumping,side sliding,two-handed catch and one-handed pat(P < 0.01).The test results of running,one-foot jumping,standing long jump,kicking fixed ball,shoulder throwing and underhand throwing showed significant differences(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the test results between two-handed swing hitting fixed ball and one-handed swing hitting rebound ball(P > 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of gymnastic practice,the test results of displacement ability and object control ability of children in the experimental group were compared before and after the experiment,and it was found that there were significant differences in the test results of running,jumping on one foot,side-sliding,one-handed pat,shoulder throwing and underhand throwing(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in the test results of forward sliding,jumping,standing long jump,two-handed catch and kicking fixed ball(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in the test results of two-handed swing hitting fixed ball and one-handed swing hitting rebound ball(P > 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of physical exercises,there was no significant difference in the test results of displacement ability and object control ability of the control group before and after the experiment.Compared with before the experiment,the absolute value of the mean value of displacement ability of running,one-foot jump,side slide step and standing long jump increased greatly after the experiment,and the score increased to a certain extent.Based on the above research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 12 weeks of experiment,both the experimental group and the control group had a positive effect on the development of gross movements.(2)The total score of gross movements of children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the content of gymnastics exercises designed in this paper can be more comprehensive and more effective in developing gross movements.(3)Gymnastic exercise significantly improved the development of children’s displacement ability and object control ability,and the influence on displacement ability was greater than that on object control ability.However,gymnastic exercise had no significant effect on children’s object control ability,such as hitting fixed ball with two hands swinging the bat and hitting rebound ball with one hand swinging the bat.Based on the above research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Motor development plays a vital role in children,and the evaluation of motor development can be included in the evaluation system of children’s physical evaluation to better monitor the process of children’s physical development.(2)In physical education,a variety of physical activities can be adopted,and the teaching design can be carried out according to the rules,requirements and technical characteristics of specific sports by taking a sports item as the carrier or combining different sports items.(3)Gymnastic exercise as an important means to promote the development of gross movements,should be engaged in kindergarten educators regularly set up gymnastic movement teaching training,improve the professional skills of preschool teachers,for better development of physical education curriculum to lay a solid foundation.
