Study On SWTO Analysis And Development Strategy Development Of Small Basketball In The Central Urban Area Of Chengdu

In 2017,Chinese Basketball Association officially released the "Mini Basketball Development Plan" and launched the China Mini Basketball League,putting forward the slogan.The goal is to attract more children to take part in basketball games by carrying out mini basketball sports to improve children’s interest in basketball,improve our youth’s physical health and provide a solid foundation for the cultivation of basketball reserve talents,so as to achieve the goal of strong sports.This paper takes the development of mini basketball in downtown Chengdu as the research object,and investigates and analyzes the development of mini basketball in downtown Chengdu by means,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of mini basketball in Chengdu.At the same time,it can provide reference for other cities to develop mini basketball sports to some extent.The analysis of the development status of mini basketball in the central urban area of Chengdu is: 1.Internal advantages: mini basketball meets the requirements of all-round development of schoolage children and teenagers;Chengdu city economic level and city visibility is improving year by year;The age and educational structure of junior basketball coaches and PE teachers is reasonable;Students have a high liking for basketball.2.Internal disadvantage:lack of professional training in mini basketball for coaches and PE teachers;The promotion of mini basketball is not enough;School lack of mini basketball related court equipment;Parents lack of understanding of mini basketball,concept lag.3.External opportunities: strong support for minor basketball from relevant policies;People’s awareness of fitness is gradually improving;The rise of Internet we-media platforms;Mini basketball meets the development needs of basketball.4.External threats: the contradiction between physical exercise and cultural learning is still prominent;competition between other sports and mini basketball;Sports risks are prone to occur when playing mini basketball.Through the construction of SWOT matrix,the recent development of mini basketball in downtown Chengdu,the influencing factors are analyzed,and the following strategies are proposed: 1.Establish a perfect teaching and training course system for mini basketball;2.Use the "we media" platform to create mini basketball games and cultural IP;3.Standardize the professional training and management of mini basketball for coaches and physical education teachers;4.Improve the promotion of mini basketball on campus;5.Effectively improve the management of mini basketball organization;6.Innovative mini basketball competition mode;7.Make clear the gist of mini basketball;8.Promote positive interaction between school,society and family.
