Under The "Double Reduction" Policy,Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Strategy Of "Home-School-Community" Linkage Of After-school Physical Exercise

After-school physical exercise is a supplement to physical education class.Under the policy of "double reduction",students will have more time for physical exercise in schools,families and communities,which provides an opportunity for the development of students’ physical education.School is the main place of primary and secondary school students to learn sports knowledge and skills,family is an important place to cultivate students’ sports habits,community is the primary and secondary school holidays,after class and weekend physical exercise,under the "double reduction" policy,research after-school sports "home-school-community" linkage is the only way to achieve the goal of school sports.This paper adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey,field investigation and interview method of primary and middle school students after school physical exercise the development of the linkage,the influencing factors,the data analysis,after-school physical exercise "home-school-community" linkage optimization strategy,for our country after-school physical exercise "home-school-community" linkage to provide certain reference.The main study conclusions and recommendations are as follows:(1)Conclusion: Under the policy of "home-school-community",the problems of after-school physical exercise is lack of after-school physical exercise.The sports venues of "home-school-community" cannot meet the students’ sports needs,the lack of social sports instructors,community sports funds,the lack of "home-school-community" linkage policy and the lack of organization personnel and parents are the main factors affecting the linkage of "home-school-community" in after-school sports exercise.Optimization strategy: for the "double reduction" policy,after-school sports "home-school-community" linkage optimization has the following Suggestions:Change parents’ perception,increase family sports atmosphere,school change perception,lead family and community to participate in it,clarify community responsibilities and boundaries,strengthen the "home-school-community" linkage guidance and evaluation is to achieve after-school sports "home-school-community" linkage of reliable path.
