Research On The Construction Of Chengdu Preschool Football Teacher Training System From The Perspective Of Resource Integration

In March 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice on the Pilot Work of Football Characteristic Kindergartens",which marks the downward extension of the focus of the work of campus football,which is an effective measure to realize that "football should start with children".With the establishment of football characteristic kindergartens,it marks the official progress of China’s children’s football work.Exhibition stage.However,although kindergarten teachers understand children’s psychological and physiological related preschool education knowledge,they lack professional knowledge in football,so they cannot integrate football content into the design of games in the teaching of children’s football.Therefore,how to improve the construction of children’s teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article uses documentation method,questionnaire method,interview method,SWOT analysis method and mathematical statistics method.By participating in the D-level coach training of the Chinese Football Association,the elite coach training of the platform of the national football characteristic system and other opportunities,combined with the investigation of preschool teachers and the characteristics of the needs of teachers in the early childhood stage,we analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and crises of the "government,kindergarten and society" in the training of children’s football And carry out research and analysis on the training mode,determine the theoretical basis based on expert opinions,and finally form a complete children’s football teacher training system.The study has reached the following conclusions:(1)In the teaching of children’s football,it is essentially taught in games.Football is only the carrier of classroom activities,and promotes the all-round physical and mental development of children through gamification teaching.(2)Children’s football teachers need to have football-related professional knowledge and football game-related teaching plan writing and organizational skills.(3)The theoretical basis established by the children’s football teacher training is: action development theory,early childhood education theory,cognitive development theory and constructivism theory.(4)The final goal of children’s football teacher training is to change your mind,understand that the football classroom is not just football,have an in-depth understanding of children’s physical and mental development,improve the ability to write football game teaching plans,improve the ability of game organization,implementation and demonstration,and be able to have a complete football lesson.(5)The content of children’s football teacher training is: theoretical content: introduction to the characteristics of children’s physical and mentaldevelopment,the professional quality of children’s football teachers,the creation of children’s football games,the organization and implementation of children’s football game classes,the introduction of the "Outline of Youth Training","Eight Negative Lists" and other documents;Practice content: the practice of ball sense,dribbling and passing games,shooting games,the implementation of football festivals,and the development and guidance of small competitions.(6)The course implementation of children’s football teacher training is a combination of theory and practice,which lasts 2-3 days and is arranged at the end of winter and summer vacation.(7)The curriculum evaluation of children’s football teacher training is: overall image temperament and affinity,teaching organization ability,practical teaching ability,teaching plan design ability,emergency handling ability,and theoretical knowledge level.
