School-enterprise cooperation,as an important way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents in our country,has always been highly valued by the party and the state.With the adjustment of the national economic structure,the rapid economic development requires a large number of new skilled talents,and increasing the cultivation of skilled talents has very significant strategic significance.The reason for choosing Henan Province as the research object of the development strategy of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools is that Henan,as a major province in terms of population and education in China,its school-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools plays a pivotal role in national development,and studying it has high practical and theoretical value.At present,Henan vocational schools have accumulated some experience in school-enterprise cooperation,but there are still many problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation.The teaching management model of Henan vocational schools does not conform to the requirements of enterprises;the current teaching of vocational schools tends to focus on the imparting of textbook knowledge and does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of practical abilities;the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation is not high,etc.Affected by these factors,school-enterprise cooperation cannot make substantial progress,which is detrimental to the development of Henan vocational schools.Therefore,it is urgent to establish and improve the development strategy of school-enterprise cooperation in Henan vocational schools.This paper starts from the actual situation of domestic vocational schools and carries out research around the development of local vocational education in Henan and the status of school-enterprise cooperation.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation and current status of school-enterprise cooperation in Henan vocational schools,systematically analyzes the macro-environment and competitive environment of school-enterprise cooperation in Henan vocational schools,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of school-enterprise cooperation in Henan vocational schools,and uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to find out the current status and existing problems of vocational schools.Secondly,it uses the SWOT matrix analysis method to determine the four strategic directions for the development of school-enterprise cooperation in Henan vocational schools,introduces the AHP analysis method to confirm the weight of factors affecting the EFE matrix and IFE matrix,uses the EFE matrix to evaluate external environmental factors,and uses the IFE matrix to evaluate internal environmental factors.Then,it uses the QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix to evaluate the strategic direction,and suggests vocational schools to choose to use the cooperative development strategy to promote the comprehensive development of school-enterprise cooperation.Finally,it proposes corresponding implementation strategies,such as encouraging school-enterprise cooperation,increasing the number of corresponding posts and benefits,and establishing a guaranteed school-enterprise cooperation model.Through this study,it can further enrich the theoretical results of local vocational education school-enterprise cooperation,and has important reference significance for the future development of vocational education.
