School-enterprise cooperation not only embodies the distinctive features of the closest andmost direct relationship between vocational education and economical society, and industries andenterprises, but also is the key link to reform and innovate the school system, teaching system,training system, and evaluation system of vocational education. More important,school-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways to have vocational education into theeconomic and social development plan and to match the scale and specialty setting of vocationaleducation with the demand of economical society. Thus, it’s necessary for the development ofvocational education to study the problem of school-enterprise cooperation deeply, which is notconsistent with the needs of our country’s situation and policy, but also a requirement ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation development. That is, the effect of implementingschool-enterprise cooperation matters the future and destiny of the vocational colleges directly.Nowadays, the studies on the sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation athome and abroad have already been very abundant. Researchers discussed the factors prohibitingthe sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation deeply and proposed relatedstrategies to promote the sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation from allangles, including government policies, corporate strategy and strategy of the school. Generallyspeaking, these studies of the strategy on the sustainable development of school-enterprisecooperation lack theoretical guild from the entire school-enterprise cooperation system. Fewresearchers starting from the overall, this paper discusses the factors restraining each other,promote each other relations, human will be isolated from various influence factors. Therefore,this study was based on the sustainable competitive advantage theory to build model frameworkfor the sustainable development of the cooperation between colleges and the factors that wouldaffect sustainable development of the cooperation between colleges were analyzed, discusses therelationship between various factors, and accordingly put forward the promoteuniversity-enterprise cooperation strategy of sustainable development.The introduction part demonstrates the reason and significance of the study make a cleardefinition of related concepts, and the results of existing research review, puts forward research ideas and research methods and based on this put forward the research ideas and researchmethods of this study, this study adopted the research method is mainly literature method andinductive method.The first part is the outline of the sustainable competitive advantage theory, introduce theorigin and core content of the theory in detail, and analyze its applicability in the field ofschool-enterprise cooperation, intending to grasp the essence of this theory.In the second part, first of all, according to the review of existing research, summed up thecurrent university-enterprise cooperation of researchers concern restriction factor of sustainabledevelopment, one of the most popular factors become the main factors of restricting sustainabledevelopment of the cooperation between colleges; Secondly, based on the sustainablecompetitive advantage theory and connotation of sustainable development of the cooperationbetween colleges and delve into the other factors affecting sustainable development of thecooperation between colleges, these factors can be considered as restricted university-enterprisecooperation for the sustainable development of complement factor; In the end, considering allfactors, carries on the integration and demonstration, combined with the model of sustainablecompetitive advantage theory framework to build a model for the sustainable development ofcooperation between colleges. And the compositions of the model of the relationship betweenvarious factors are analyzed.The third part on the basis of the theory of sustainable development model ofschool-enterprise cooperation school-enterprise cooperation to promote sustainable developmentstrategy: one is the formation of continuous innovation situation; two is to achieve win-winsituation; three is to enhance the strategic flexibility.Finally, epilogue summarizes the lack of research, proposed future research directions andideas.
