In recent years,a new generation of intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data have promoted the digital transformation of education,and the construction of smart education has become a new development trend.In January 2022,the State Council issued the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Digital Economy,proposing to build new infrastructure for education,further promote smart education,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of "Internet +education".At the same time,the sudden outbreak of the new crown pneumonia has accelerated the process of digital development of education,not only spawned a new education ecology,changed the education and teaching mode,environment and content,but also posed a great test to teachers’ information literacy.Therefore,improving the information literacy of preschool teachers has become an important starting point to grasp development opportunities and solve development problems in the new situation.In order to effectively understand the current status of information literacy of preschool teachers,this study conducted a survey of preschool teachers in L City,Henan Province through questionnaire surveys and interviews.The results showed that the overall information literacy of preschool teachers was at an intermediate and upper level,and from the perspective of all dimensions,the dimension of "teacher information awareness" scored the highest,followed by the dimension of "teacher information knowledge" and the dimension of "teacher information ethics",and the lowest score in the dimension of "teacher information ability".Through the difference analysis,there are significant differences between the age,teaching experience,number of training participations,and the level,region and information literacy level of preschool teachers.The survey conclusions are as follows: the overall level of information literacy of preschool teachers in the post-epidemic era is good,but there are still imbalances in the development of various dimensions,which is reflected in the improvement of teachers’ awareness of using information technology to carry out teaching;insufficient mastery of information knowledge;Teachers’ ability to apply information is insufficient;Teachers’ information ethics still need to be improved.Based on this,this study analyzes the current problems in information literacy of preschool teachers,and tries to put forward corresponding suggestions: teachers should formulate scientific information literacy improvement plans and actively improve information literacy;Kindergartens should create an information-based teaching environment and promote the development of teachers’ information literacy;Education departments should improve relevant systems to support teachers’ information literacy improvement in an all-round way.
