Information literacy construction of Children normal students is the inevitable requirement of early childhood education development in the information age.Information technology has been introduced in the field of education,which promote technical and education Education innovation in a large part.And the information technology has been introduced into the field of early childhood education is also needed in this age.As the people caring more about elementary education,early childhood education ability also become the focus of attention by parents,and the most important criterion of early childhood education is the quality of teachers and teaching hardware facilities.Information literacy is important precisely reflection the quality of preschool teachers.Only continue to promote children normal students information literacy,enhance their sense of information,improve their teaching ability,promote children normal students employ ability and professionalism,thus promoting the development of modern information technology and early childhood education.In order to promote scientific and rigor,I took the investigation,and proven method which combined theory in this study.And I divided into six parts in order to specifically discussed to the strategies and expected results of enhancing children normal students' information literacy:The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the current situation of the research on the cultivation of information literacy of the normal school students,and briefly introduces the research methods,the implementation plan,the characteristics and the innovation points;In the second part,I introduce the theory of information literacy overview,indicate the characteristics of information literacy and its importance in contemporary education,note the importance of information literacy in early childhood education in particular;In the third part,I discuss the status of information literacy of contemporary preschool normal students,and take the children of Shijiazhuang Teachers College as example,which showed that information consciousness of normal children students is not strong,and they have little knowledge of professional frontier theoretical,they can not proficiency in multimedia teaching equipment.Through the above investigation and analysis,we find that the reason why early childhood education students are lack of information literacy is preschool student teachers of early childhood education is lack of awareness of development trend of information technology,the lack and schools and teachers' awareness of information literacy training is not clear,community requires literacy requirements lowly;In the fourth part,I proposed to the specific measures which can enhance the students' information literacy according to the circumstances.We must strengthen the information concept of early childhood teacher education students,strengthen application of information technology in practice.We also must promote communication between early childhood teacher and student IT majors,in order to improve information technology knowledge and skills of children normal students.We must introduce competition mechanism to Kindergarten Teachers Students,and create dynamic self information literacy training.In the fifth part,I focuses on testing the effectiveness and feasibility of countermeasures above.I selected 30 pre-school education students,and 10 Internet technology students to establish group,conduct information literacy training.The results showed that 30 students made greater progress in information technology teaching,and having the consciousness collect and collate information development.We selected 50 graduate trainees,who can accept its short-term information literacy training and practical on-site guidance.The results show that graduates will be able to use multimedia teaching and innovative teaching situation created by the computer,access to the person in charge of the nursery unanimous praise.I adjust and improve countermeasures mainly based on the experiences and lessons of outstanding graduates and instructors.In particular to pay attention to make communication between the relevant disciplines,and to actively promote common culture of schools and employers,in order to enhance the effectiveness of early childhood teacher students' information literacy education.The sixth part is the conclusion which summarizes the research results,and looks forward to the possible results after the implementation of the research results.
