With the rapid development of science and technology,the future society has a higherdemandon talent quality. Physical Edueation College of Physical Edueation in China as thecradle of training,the teaching ideas must be timely to change,and the teaching content toupdate to construct a new physical education in the21st century professional curriculumsystem. Gymnastic as a sport education specialized backbone course of the compulsorycourses in cultivating socialist builders to satisfy the needs of the21st century mode oftalent cultivation be named“complex physical deucation personnal”is of great value.Capital university of physical education and sports as the only sports colleges in Beijingand the physical education major as the focus of the school in Beijing school sports talentcultivation plays an important role. Capital university of physical education and sportseducation professional gymnastics course syllabus for research has the very vitalsignificance.Based on the part of the Capital university of physical education and sportsprofessional gymnastics courses teaching outline as the research object,use literature,questionnaire, interview investigation and mathematieal statisties, comparative lawmethods to the teaching of the course syllabus objectives,teaching contents and teachinghours comparing research, from the senior students and clinical practice guidance teacherson students’ comprehensive practical ability and social actual demand investigation andresearch,for the capital institute of physical education professional gymnastics coursesteaching outline the present situation and the development of the conclusions andsuggestions are put forward.Conclusions:1、 Capital university of physical education and sports education professionalgymnastics course syllabus closely linked to the revision of the “sports (grade1~6),physical education and health (7~12) curriculum standard”and“gymnastics classcurriculum guideline”,but the revision is lack of normative time.2、The guiding ideology and curriculum goals: positioning the new curriculumprograms in line with the basic outline of the requirements and guidance.“Three bases” isthe main line, capacity and the affective domain should be emphasised on, practical andfeasible to be strengthened.3、Attention should be pay to technical content of teaching content and ignores thecultivation of the theoretical knowledge,insufficient attention to the cultivation of students’ability is not comprehensive and need to strengthen.4、There is a disconnection between the content of what the students learned and theactual teaching. Gymnastics as a whole to the main content,began to focus on basicgymnastics,gymnastics development and capacity-building of the teaching content,but notenough.5、The cultivation of the students’ ability is neglected in the teaching,teaching abilityis the key of the cultivation,the other ability like innovation ability、guidance ability、competition referee ability、scientific research ability and so on is also part of the students’comprehensive ability, also not allow to ignore in the process of students. Gymnasticsteaching ability all aspects there are still insufficient, the need to strengthen in the process of more practice.6、Capital university of physical education and sports teaching professional gymnasticcourses performance evaluation mainly technical part,supplemented by usual and thetheory of achievement,but there are technical part of the downward trend year by year andthe assessment content showed a trend of diversity. Evaluation form is basically asummative evaluation,evaluation subject for classroom teachers,exam content is givenpriority to with prescriptive action and lack of practicality.7、The senior student of school gymnastics’s enthusiasm is not high,at the same timethere are many factors affect students’ learning,need in all aspects of teaching reform tostrengthen the gymnastics teaching effect.
