| At present,there is a lack of research on the training preparation for the entrance examination of physical education major in colleges and universities,and the results of the design and implementation of the annual training plan of physical fitness items are absent.Based on the theory of training science and biology,and on the basis of the existing achievements and beneficial experience of annual training of outstanding athletes at home and abroad,this study adopts experimental research,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and other methods to design an annual training plan for physical fitness items that conforms to the characteristics of students majoring in physical education in the college entrance examination.And the practice verifies that the designed annual training plan can help the students of physical education majors in the college entrance examination to improve their competitive ability effectively and achieve ideal results.Key findings of the study include:(1)According to project characteristics,training objectives and tasks and candidates’ characteristics,based on two-factor training theory and training staging theory,annual single-cycle arrangement should be adopted to design annual training plan for physical fitness items of physical education major examination;Through the design and implementation of the annual single-cycle training plan,it has a good effect on the improvement of candidates’ physical fitness.(2)The annual single-cycle training plan consists of three stages: "foundation,strengthening and sprint",and each stage is divided into three stages: closely related,combined with training and competition,and step by step improvement.Its task objectives,training content and exercise load spiral upward,and on the whole,it has the characteristics of "stage by stage,cycle by cycle,and progressive",which is helpful to enrich competition experience and improve adaptability.To promote the competitive ability of candidates better.(3)The basic stage is mainly to develop the overall physical quality,establish the model of technical movement,and cultivate a good competitive state;The strengthening stage is mainly to consolidate the three qualities of the special basic ability,form an efficient mode of action,rich competition experience;The sprint stage is mainly to improve the special competitive ability,maintain a good competitive state,and strive to achieve excellent results;The three stages are the system as a whole with clear goals,rigorous logic and distinct hierarchy.(4)Technical training,physical fitness training,adaptive ability training and psychological training involved in different stages of physical education candidates,with special emphasis on the training of technology,speed,strength and speed endurance;The training content of each stage presents the difference.From the point of view of the structure of each training course,each structural component is basically the same,but there are differences in the training purpose,content,methods and means,and load arrangement.(5)The training content of preparation period and adjustment period in different stages of annual single-cycle training plan mainly includes basic skills,comprehensive strength,aerobic endurance and general flexibility training,mostly using decomposition training method and continuous training method;The training content during the competition is mainly specialized in technical,strength,speed and flexibility training,and mainly adopts complete training,repetitive training,interval training and test competition.(6)The exercise load of the annual single-cycle training plan presents a stepped change,and increases step by step in different stages;The load measurement in the preparation period reaches the maximum in the sprint stage,and the load intensity in the competition period reaches the maximum.On the whole,load measurement and load intensity in different stages presented a stepwise increasing "three peaks" characteristics. |
