A Study On The Impact Of Outgoing Employment Experience On Farmers’ Entrepreneurship Choices In Henan Province

With the country’s attention to the transfer of rural labor force,return to entrepreneurship and rural revitalization,entrepreneurship has gradually gained more and more attention.Whether there is employment experience in the impact of entrepreneurial behavior of farmers,in the employment experience,such as the employment benefits of different types of employment.Based on the theory of labor transfer,the theory of farmers’ behavior and the theory of entrepreneurship,this paper collects the survey data of farmers’ employment experience and farmers’ entrepreneurial choice in Henan Province.Using the field survey data to construct a mathematical model,and a robust test to explore the employment experience of farmers in Henan Province entrepreneurial choice.Through the above analysis,the employment experience has become an important reason to promote the development of farmers’ entrepreneurship.The experience of going out for employment makes farmers accumulate a lot of capital,knowledge,technology and experience,enhances labor productivity,makes them no longer limited to engaging in agricultural production,have the will to start a business,chooses to start a business,thus obtains better personal development,thus promotes the development of rural productivity.The experience of going out for employment will play a certain role in promoting the entrepreneurial ability,thus reducing entrepreneurial risk.At the same time in the individual,the family,the training,the employment different stratification plane,goes out the employment experience to have the different influence to the farmer start an undertaking choice.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to provide a more relaxed policy environment for the free flow of rural labor force between urban and rural areas,to strengthen the training of entrepreneurship,to broaden the financing channels of farmers,to strengthen the guidance and service to farmers’ entrepreneurship,to promote the sharing of entrepreneurship experience of farmers,to transform their accumulated material and human capital into entrepreneurship advantages and to further promote the development of rural economy.
