| Exercise classes are a very important part of physics classroom teaching and an important way to assess the effectiveness of student learning. The New Curriculum Standard proposes to develop and enhance students’ core literacy through the teaching of exercises, thereby improving their overall problem-solving skills..However,in the actual research, the author found that high school physics exercises class did not receive the attention it deserved, such as the inability to mobilize students’ enthusiasm and reflect students’ subjectivity. In this context, the author tries to conduct a strategic and practical study on the effective teaching of physics exercise classes. This study is based on theories from domestic and international literature on effective teaching and the teaching of exercise classes.Through questionnaires and interviews,we understand the current teaching and learning situation of exercise classes,so as to develop and implement strategies for effective teaching of exercise classes.Through the implementation of effective teaching strategies in exercise classes, students’ interest in learning physics is enhanced and their academic performance is improved, thus further enabling students to develop and enhance their core literacy in the subject of physics. This thesis is divided into five main parts: Part I includes Chapters I and II,which introduce the background of the study, the current situation of research and the theoretical basis, identify the purpose, research methods and significance of the study, define the important concepts of exercise classes, effective teaching and effective teaching strategies, and analyse some of the current deficiencies in exercise teaching; The second part of the survey was carried out by means of questionnaires distributed in the internship schools, both at the teacher and student levels, with the aim of investigating the current situation of "teacher’s teaching" and "students’ learning" in the exercise classes in the internship schools. The results were analysed and processed using SPSS 26.0.Students’ interviews were also conducted to find out how the core literacies of the students were reflected in the exercise classes; The third part examines the evaluation criteria and principles of effective teaching based on the results and theoretical foundations of the previous part of the survey, and proposes specific teaching strategies in four stages: preparation of exercises, implementation of exercises, correction of exercises and feedback of exercises; The fourth part is a semester-long practical study in the placement school around the proposed effective teaching strategies for the exercise classes and the analysis of the entry and final scores of the two classes using SPSS 26.0 and again interviewing the students; The final section is a summary and outlook, which focuses on summarizing and generalizing the findings of the study, analyzing the limitations of the study and looking at what needs to be done in the future. The results of the study showed that after the implementation of effective teaching strategies in the exercise classes, students in the experimental classes have significantly improved their academic performance, and become more motivated and more emotionally fulfilled than those in the control classes. The modeling and problemsolving skills have been significantly improved, thus reflecting that the effective teaching strategies proposed in this study can cultivate and enhance students’ subject core literacy, and are operable and can be promoted and used in future teaching;... |
