| Cultivation mode refers to a way of operation under the leadership of educational ideology and educational theory,constructing a curriculum system according to certain cultivation objectives,then matching with appropriate teaching methods,and finally formulating an evaluation system for the cultivation process.The talent cultivation mode of undergraduate majors in education carries the important task of cultivating high-level education talents in the country.With the gradually severe employment situation of undergraduate education majors,the urgency of transformation and reform of education majors has become more prominent.Previous researches mainly focus on the suggestions of experts and scholars,concentrate on the reform of cultivation mode,and lack research on the satisfaction of cultivation mode of undergraduate majors in education from the perspective of students.At present,the country has implemented the Shuangwan plan and strengthened the quality management of undergraduate students,how to propose a talent cultivation model based on the Shuangwan plan to satisfy students to improve the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities should be the need of the hour.Therefore,this study is an empirical study from the perspective of students,taking students of undergraduate education majors in University of C as the subjects,investigating the current situation of students’ satisfaction with the talent cultivation mode of undergraduate education majors,analyzing its influencing factors,and proposing countermeasures to improve students’ satisfaction with the talent cultivation mode of undergraduate education majors.The whole study is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.This chapter firstly explains the background of the study,mainly at the policy level and the reality level,then explains the research purpose and significance of this study,then summarizes and analyzes the relevant domestic and foreign studies on the talent cultivation mode and satisfaction of undergraduate education majors respectively,and composes the research results on the satisfaction of talent cultivation mode of undergraduate education majors,and elaborates the research of this paper on this basis.On the basis of this paper,we explain the research approach and methodology.The second part is the first chapter of this paper.This chapter mainly discusses related concepts and theoretical basis.This paper defines the core concepts such as "talent training mode","education undergraduate major" and "satisfaction",and expounds the internal and external relationship law of higher education,stakeholder theory,differentiated competition strategy theory and supply and demand theory of higher education as the theoretical basis.The third part is the second chapter.This chapter mainly describes the survey design of the satisfaction of education undergraduate talent training model.This paper takes the students majoring in education in C University as the survey object,and makes a questionnaire and interview outline by searching relevant materials to deeply explore the students’ satisfaction with the talent training mode.By using random sampling method,300 questionnaires are distributed to the students of the fourth grade majoring in education in C University.SPSS26.0 was used for data processing of the collected questionnaires.The survey is mainly conducted from the three dimensions of demographic variables,namely the three variables of gender,grade and grade point,and the four dimensions of training mode,namely training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching methods and training system.The fourth part is the third chapter.This chapter focuses on the analysis of the current situation of students’ satisfaction with the training mode.In the process of investigation,demographic variables are taken as the starting point to scan the overall characteristics of the satisfaction with the training mode of education undergraduates.Meanwhile,based on different demographic variables,independent sample T test and variance analysis are conducted on the data with the help of SPSS26.0.This paper makes an overview and analysis of C University students’ satisfaction with each dimension of the training model.The fifth part is the fourth chapter.Based on the survey results above,this chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of students’ satisfaction with the training mode,and finds that the factors affecting students’ satisfaction with the training mode include:students’ grade,students’ gender,class of courses,teachers,training system and students’ learning motivation.The sixth part is the fifth chapter.Based on the perspective of students,this chapter puts forward the countermeasures to improve the degree of satisfaction of education undergraduate personnel training model from the three dimensions of school,college and students.According to the current situation and influencing factors of students’ satisfaction with the talent training mode of education undergraduate major,combined with relevant theoretical basis,this study believes that the following four aspects can be improved: schools should strengthen the management of education undergraduate major based on the needs of professional development,It includes strengthening the management of supporting facilities and equipment,strengthening the construction and inclination of teaching staff and improving the enrollment system and employment guidance of the undergraduate major of pedagogy.Based on the actual needs of students,the college should promote the reform of the training mode of professional talents,including optimizing the training objectives of education undergraduate major,improving the curriculum of education undergraduate major,improving the teaching method of education undergraduate major and improving the evaluation system of education undergraduate major.Students should also correct the motivation of personal professional learning practice based on the social development situation.The seventh part is the conclusion,which is the summary of the full text.On the basis of reviewing the whole research,this chapter expounds the main conclusions,innovations,shortcomings and future directions of this paper one by one.According to the research,the innovation of this paper mainly lies in the innovation of research perspective.Based on the perspective of students,this paper analyzes the current situation of the satisfaction of the education undergraduate talent training mode of students in C University through the case study,analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,which has some innovation in the research perspective.The main shortcomings of this paper are: the research object is single and the number of samples is small,which is exactly the direction of future efforts. |
