| With the continuous development and progress of society,the expansion of the mode and scale of graduate education has become an inevitable requirement and choice.Only by paying attention to the premise of graduate education and training,can China’s national competitiveness and comprehensive national strength be continuously enhanced.The people,society and the country have put forward dual requirements for graduate education: talent training and scientific research.The role of graduate education as the top of the national education of the people’s Republic of China and a new force for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents has been widely recognized,and the interaction of guidance and learning has also been concerned by educational research.Taking 15 graduate students and 5 graduate tutors in a university in Hunan Province as the research object,this paper uses qualitative research methods to discuss the following three questions:(1)what is the current situation of the interaction of graduate student guidance in China?(2)What are the problems?(3)How to solve the problems existing in the interactivity of postgraduate guidance relationship in China?Starting with the research on the connotation and characteristics of the guiding relationship,this paper makes literature research,interview and content analysis and generalization on the theoretical basis of inter subjectivity theory,otherness theory and interaction theory.The current situation of learning guidance is: the interaction of learning guidance is generally stable and the social attention is high;The sense of interaction experience of Postgraduates of Humanities and Social Sciences was significantly higher than that of Postgraduates of science and engineering;The existing problems of the interaction of guidance and learning relationship are: the interaction efficiency of guidance and learning relationship is low,and both sides of guidance and learning relationship ignore the importance of mutual selection between teachers and students;Less informal interaction and insufficient humanistic care.There are the following reasons leading to the interactive problem of guidance learning relationship: at the tutor level: too much emphasis on value exchange,ignoring the ethics of guidance learning interaction;Ideologically,they do not pay enough attention to informal interaction.At the student level: Students’ lack of subject consciousness affects the operation of relationship;Negative emotions accumulate and weaken the effectiveness of interaction.Environmental level: the campus cultural atmosphere affects the trend of guidance relationship.Finally,based on the research on the current situation,problems and causes of the interaction of guidance relationship,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the improvement of guidance relationship interaction.Tutor level:grasp the ethical relationship between teachers and students and increase the awareness of interactive others;Formalization and institutionalization of security;Build an informal interaction platform to improve interaction efficiency.At the level of students: refine the main role and actively promote the building of relational community;Shape a rational and peaceful state of mind and eliminate negative emotions in time.Environmental aspect: reform the double selection of teachers and students and optimize the learning guidance environment;Shape the dialogue mechanism and promote mutual trust and interaction in learning guidance. |
