Expansion of postgraduate enrollment scale,especially the expansion of professional graduate students,is a miniature of the rapid development of higher education in China.Since 2009,the Ministry of Education has expanded the enrollment of postgraduates,and the enrollment of professional graduate students has expanded year by year.With the continuous optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,the continuous refinement and professional development of the profession,the high-level professional application talents are becoming more and more important to enterprises.In order to cultivate talents for the development of enterprises and improve the quality of professional postgraduate education,it is the first consideration to improve the system of professional postgraduate training.In addition,the training mode of professional graduate students is different from that of undergraduates.The quality of the relationship between graduate students and supervisors is crucial to the development of professional graduate students.In recent years,graduate students have suffered frequent tragedies due to their unhealthy relationship with their supervisors.To know the relationship between graduate students and supervisors,it's important to improve the quality of professional postgraduate education.Therefore,this paper intends to discuss how to improve the quality of professional postgraduate education from two aspects:the macroscopic teaching system and the microscopic relationship.Firstly,this article analyzes the development status of postgraduate education in China from a macro level,and finds out the main problems in the cultivation of professional postgraduate education in China.Secondly,this article discusses the influence of guiding experience on the quality of the relationship.A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the guiding experience,quality of the relationship and narcissism of the postgraduate students from a Program 985 university,and it was found that:(1)The positive guiding experience of graduate students has a significant positive correlation with the quality of relationship,and the narcissistic level plays a regulating role between them;(2)There was a significant negative correlation between the negative guiding experience of graduate students and the quality of relationship,but the narcissistic level did not play a significant role in regulating the relationship between the two.Finally,this article puts forward some suggestions for improving the quality improvement of professional postgraduate education.Postgraduate education needs to be reformed,and reform needs to change the old idea.It needs to improve the system of postgraduate teaching and training,and pay special attention to the role of healthy mentoring relationship in postgraduate development.
