| Teachers are the basic conditions for the establishment of vocational undergraduate colleges.Teachers are the soul of the sustainable development of schools.The premise of doing a good job in vocational undergraduate education is the stable development of teachers.Y Vocational and Technical University is the second batch of vocational undergraduate pilot colleges,and it is imminent to do a good job in the construction of teaching staff to help vocational undergraduates.Performance appraisal is the key to examining teachers’ professional ability and literacy.At present,the performance appraisal of teachers in vocational undergraduate colleges is still based on higher education institutions.For teachers’ performance appraisal,there is a lack of design in line with vocational education.This problem must be paid attention to.Based on the management by objectives theory and performance management theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of teachers in Y Vocational and Technical University through survey questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews,on the basis of reading a large number of literatures about performance management.Focusing on teaching quality,the weight of the index system is not defined,the assessment method cannot stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers,and there is no feedback mechanism for assessment results.In order to improve the above problems,it is proposed to fully pay attention to the role of performance appraisal from top to bottom by setting up a performance appraisal team and all employees to participate in the formulation of the performance appraisal plan,and then assign weights to the improved indicators according to the analytic hierarchy process.Establish a communication feedback and incentive mechanism to improve the performance appraisal system.For the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal program,Y Vocational and Technical University should also provide organizational,institutional and technical guarantees.The research of this paper provides suggestions for the performance appraisal of teachers in other vocational undergraduate colleges. |
