With the progress of technology and the development of information technology,secondary vocational school teachers must keep learning to adapt to this change and keep pace with the times in order to perform their duties well.Attaching importance to the network learning of secondary vocational school teachers is to attach importance to the improvement of the quality of secondary vocational school teachers.It is an inevitable requirement to solve the regional economic imbalance and promote the balanced development of secondary vocational education in China.Open network resources make up for the lack of educational resources in secondary vocational schools to some extent,and provide the possibility for secondary vocational teachers to carry out network learning.Secondary vocational school teachers can make full use of network education and engineering technology resources to facilitate network learning,to overcome the constraints of practical conditions,to achieve self-improvement,self transcendence,and constantly improve their professional quality.This paper takes secondary vocational teachers as the research object,comprehensively uses the theories of "online self-directed learning","constructivist learning theory",people-oriented teaching purpose,fragmented learning,etc.,adopts the methods of literature and questionnaire,investigates and analyzes the current situation of secondary vocational teachers’ online learning,and carries out relevant research from the aspects of subjective and objective constraints in secondary vocational teachers’ online learning,Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the network learning of secondary vocational teachers.This paper argues that secondary vocational teachers should keep the habit of fragmented learning for a long time,make full use of their spare time for online learning,improve their personal ability and achieve better educational results.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as building a community of shared future for secondary vocational teachers’ e-learning,optimizing and managing secondary vocational teachers’ e-learning resources,optimizing the e-learning platform and improving the interactive functions,so as to enable secondary vocational teachers to achieve self-improvement and self transcendence,and continuously improve their professional quality,so as to make their due contributions to solving the regional economic imbalance and promoting the balanced development of secondary vocational education in China.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: improving the self-awareness of secondary vocational teachers’ e-learning,establishing e-learning resources and e-learning platforms suitable for secondary vocational teachers’ e-learning,and believes that education administrative departments at all levels,especially secondary vocational schools,should create a good environment and conditions,establish an appropriate incentive system,reduce the work and life pressure of secondary vocational teachers,and encourage secondary vocational teachers to be relaxed,hopeful,interested,happy Take pride in online learning.For secondary vocational school teachers of different ages and titles,we will strengthen the training of computer technology and network technology,cultivate their ability to skillfully operate computers and apply network learning,take the initiative to carry out network learning by using useful network learning resources,constantly learn the latest vocational education concepts and the latest professional technologies and processes,and continuously improve their teaching level and ability.
