Research On Family Policy Supporting Women To Get Out Of The "Occ Upation Family" Dilemma

Based on gender theory,"workfamily conflict" theory,and empowerment theory,this research uses empirical research methods in the form of questionnaires and interviews to conduct an indepth investigation of the dilemma of women’s "occupation" and "family".After analyzing and researching 96 valid questionnaires,we found that Chinese women have at least four dilemmas: competence dilemma,career development dilemma,role dilemma and economic dilemma.At the same time,through the analysis and research of my country ’ s existing familyrelated policies,we found that my country supports women through family policies such as maternity policies,employment policies,education policies,and marriage policies.Women’s rights in the two major fields of family and occupation are all It is guaranteed that while achieving better results,there are still certain policy defects,which are mainly manifested in: the lack of toplevel design in the policy system;the lack of policy values to shape and guide modern family ethics;policy support measures are not comprehensive and unbalanced;policy goals are set It is difficult to respond to the true demands of the female masses.Then we studied the family policies of Japan,South Korea,the United States,Sweden and other representative countries to help women get out of the "professionalfamily" dilemma.We found that the topdown systematic planning helps the family policy effectiveness Give full play;social consensus guides the shaping,which has a huge impact on family policy;emphasizes male family responsibilities and advocates the dual caregiver/dual worker model;if the core demands of women are not addressed,family policies will be difficult to achieve the set goals.At the end of the article,we improve the family policy from five aspects.First,build a complete family policy system;second,expand the participation of women in policy formulation;third,reshape policy family ethical value orientation;fourth,improve policy content;fifth,clearly protect the economic and economic benefits of women in the family Development rights are going out of goals,etc.
