| Zhu Yongxin,chairman of the Family Education Committee of the Chinese Society of Education,once said,"Only the cooperation among different educational bodies of the family,school and society can truly create a magnetic field and develop into a spiritual resonance.Home-school cooperation is the most important way to activate the magnetic field of education.This study through the literature research,questionnaire,interview method,comparative method and so on of the investigation of the status quo of the research method of it in elementary school parents,sums up the experience in conducting parents school,schools and parents in the study on the problems existing in the effective strategy,for it elementary school parents and management to provide some experience,It helps to improve the quality of education in parent schools.After understanding,the primary schools in Zhanggong District have promoted the development of parent schools in recent years through the following effective practices: opening two-way communication channels,problem-oriented;Carry out activities in various forms,combining online and offline;All departments cooperate with each other to integrate home-school education;Relying on the master studio,promote the students and teachers both teaching and learning.Meanwhile,some urgent problems were found in the survey: slow development speed;Relying on unilateral efforts,no resultant force;Lack of complete assessment,evaluation and incentive mechanism;Funding is short.The causes of these problems are as follows: insufficient popularization;Insufficient integration and overall planning;Imperfect system;Lack of attention.Therefore,in order to improve the effect of it in elementary school parents,this research from the aspects of government,school and the teacher put forward some Suggestions and countermeasures,and look forward to more efforts to popularize knowledge of relevant law and government department,enrich the professional teachers team,take the way of service purchase and earmarks,solve the problem of the lack of manpower,financial and material resources.Establish a more encouraging assessment and evaluation mechanism to guide the positive development of parent schools.Expect the school to establish and improve the relevant system;Promote the "campus +" tutoring service,and cooperate with all parties to improve the effectiveness of parents school;Integration of primary and secondary schools to achieve resource sharing.It is expected that teachers will continue to improve themselves with the concept of lifelong education,relying on the studio of famous teachers,taking the subject research as the starting point,taking the teaching and research group as the position,and through scientific research to promote development. |
