The Geography Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 edition)has clearly defined four geographical core literacies.With continuous development of the new college entrance examination model,the independent proposition model of geography test questions in various provinces(cities)has also attracted wide attention.It has also become an important research content to explore the relationship between the independent proposition of new college entrance examination and traditional college entrance examination questions.Analyzing the proposition characteristics and trends of geography test questions in college entrance examination has also become an important research content.Therefore,studying the core literacy characteristics of geography examination questions under the background of new curriculum and new college entrance examination can not only summarize the examination characteristics of college entrance examination questions for students to prepare for the exam,but also enrich the learning content of geography courses and offer suggestions for teachers’ teaching.This paper adopts the research methods of literature research,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other research methods.Based on the perspective of geographical core literacy,the human geography test questions of National Volume I,National Volume II and Jiangsu Volume from 2020 to 2022 are analyzed from the perspective of test structure and content,core literacy level,typical test questions and cases,and four common question types of human geography test questions are designed.Through the questionnaire survey to understand the status quo of high school students’ human geography core literacy training,combined with the current situation and test questions,this paper puts forward core literacy training strategies.The research draws the following conclusions:First,the characteristics of human geography examination questions are based on core literacies.(1)The comprehensive thinking part of National Volume I has the highest difficulty of literacy level,followed by National Volume II;All the three volumes focus on industrial location selection.(2)As for regional cognition,Jiangsu Volume has the highest level of difficulty,followed by National Volume I and National Volume II;Among them,the content of Jiangsu Volume has a wider coverage and involves more test sites.(3)The three volumes of man-land coordination view are equivalent in level difficulty and similar in examination characteristics.The scores of literacy level examination are all ranked as: level 2 > level 4 > level 3 > level 1;Among them,National Volume I and II focus on environmental protection.(4)National Volume I is the highest of the geographical practice ability level,followed by National Volume II and Jiangsu Volume is the lowest;Among them,National Volume I and II focus on the content of tourism geography.Jiangsu Volume focuses on regional coordination.Second,the cultivation status of high school students’ core literacy in human geography.Through questionnaire survey,it is found that there are four problems in the cultivation of high school students’ core literacy of human geography:(1)The core literacy of comprehensive thinking needs to be improved,including students’ ability to analyze the development and evolution of things,and the ability to analyze the influence and limit of geographical matters.(2)Regional cognitive literacy needs to be improved,including students’ ability to apply knowledge to explain industrial location choices,and their ability to analyze regional characteristics and connections.(3)The core literarcy of man-land coordination view needs to be improved.(4)The core literacy of geography practice needs to be strengthened,including students’ subjective consciousness of overcoming difficulties and students’ consciousness of actively exploring and solving geographical problems.Third,the training strategies of human geography core literacy for senior high school students.Based on the results above,this paper puts forward the training strategies of geographical core literacy.(1)Training strategy for the core literacy of comprehensive thinking : constructing mind map based on main knowledge;taking problem teaching as an opportunity to lead advanced thinking.(2)Training strategy for the core literacy of regional cognition training strategy: to understand regional characteristics based on image interpretation;Emphasize regional differences with case comparison as enlightenment.(3)Training strategy for the core literacy of man-land coordination view: highlighting regional coordination with current affairs as clues;Focus on situational teaching and improve the harmony between man and land.(4)Training strategy for the core literacy of geographical practice ability: stimulating geographical experience with geographical investigation as the guide;Strengthening geographical practice with research travel as the landing point.
