| With the progress of science and technology and the enhancement of people’s health awareness,sports and fitness apps have gradually emerged and become popular.With the continuous improvement of people’s health awareness,sports and fitness apps have a subtle impact on people’s sports lifestyle due to their functional diversity and convenience.At the same time,after-school physical exercise as an important part of school physical education work.College students are the key audience group of sports and fitness apps.Sports and fitness apps play a positive role in college students’ extracurricular physical exercise.In this paper,under the background of the development of "Internet" and the advocacy of improving the physical fitness of college students,the undergraduate students in Hohhot are taken as the survey objects,and the literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on a total of 2000 college students from 10 undergraduate universities in Hohhot.Investigation,discussion and analysis of their use of sports and fitness apps,Have a thorough understanding of the basic situation of college students’ extracurricular physical exercise in this region,the use of sports and fitness apps in college students’ extracurricular physical exercise,whether there are sports and fitness apps in college students’ participation in extracurricular physical exercise and sports behavior,the existing problems and influence of college students’ use of sports and fitness apps,At the same time,exploratory factor analysis method is used to summarize the influencing factors of college students’ use of sports fitness APP in extracurricular physical exercise,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The following results are obtained:1.80.3% of college students in Hohhot use sports and fitness apps to participate in extracurricular physical exercise.There are significant differences between boys and girls in their love and cognition of extracurricular physical exercise(P < 0.01),and there are significant differences in the number of students using sports and fitness apps in different genders,grades and majors(P < 0.01).The number of college students downloading sports and fitness apps is mainly 1-2,and the main way for college students to obtain and spread sports and fitness apps is to search by themselves or recommend the use of such apps by their classmates and friends.The number of college students with a service life of less than one year is the largest,accounting for 60.3%,and the most used APP is KEEP,accounting for 89.6%.There are limited venues and equipment for students to use sports and fitness apps for after-school physical exercise.College students exercise by themselves or with friends,and it is difficult to organize large-scale groups for exercise.2.College students in Hohhot have differences and diversity in the items,motivations,functions and needs of sports and fitness apps.The students who use this kind of APP to participate in the after-school sports exercise programs are mainly running,walking,ball games,fitness yoga,etc.The main motivation is to improve physical fitness,improve sports skills,relieve learning pressure,lose weight and build fitness.The sports fitness apps are used to record exercise tracks,monitor data and make training plans.The main demands of college students who use this kind of APP are video guidance,diet health,theoretical knowledge related to sports and physical fitness test.College students in Hohhot have low consumption intention when using sports and fitness apps,and the average annual consumption amount is limited among the consumer groups.3.There are significant differences in the frequency,duration,time period and intensity of exercise of college students in Hohhot who use sports and fitness apps for after-school physical exercise(P < 0.01).There are significant differences in the frequency,duration and intensity of exercise of male and female students who use sports and fitness apps for exercise(P <0.01).College students of different grades have differences in exercise frequency when using sports fitness apps for after-school physical exercise(P< 0.05),while college students of different majors have no differences in exercise frequency,exercise duration and exercise intensity when using sports fitness apps for exercise(P > 0.05).By comparing the college students who use sports fitness apps with those who do not,it is found that there are significant differences in the number of exercises,exercise duration and exercise intensity between the college students who use sports fitness apps and those who do not(P < 0.01).4.Students are consistent with the existing problems of sports and fitness apps: serious homogeneity,multiple advertising interfaces,personal information leakage,unreasonable course fees,poor network stability and other problems;At the same time,college students in the process of using sports and fitness apps for extracurricular physical exercise is helpful to improve the core quality of college students.5.The factors influencing Hohhot college students’ use of fitness apps in extracurricular physical exercise are analyzed,which can be divided into five factors: policy and system factors,venue equipment environment factors,social factors,personal factors and software factors.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward: the government should give full play to the positive role of sports and fitness apps guided by policies;School to improve the physical education infrastructure construction,create a strong physical exercise atmosphere;Physical education teachers learn and communicate online and offline to improve their professional competence;College students give full play to their subjective initiative to form the consciousness of lifelong physical exercise;Sports and fitness apps keep pace with The Times,unique to meet user needs. |
