| With the increasing of the elderly population in China,the community home care has become the mainstream mode of urban elderly care.In order to meet the needs of multi-level,diversified and personalized community elderly care service,Yuzhong District of Chongqing actively promotes the full coverage of community elderly care service facilities of "one street,one center,one community and one station".The team of elderly helpers in the community pension service station has become an important force in the community home pension service system.However,the construction of human resources team of community elderly helpers has not been perfected,and its comprehensive service capacity is insufficient and its professionalism is not strong,which leads to its insufficient function of helping the elderly,which seriously affects the quality of elderly care service.It is an important task for social workers to cultivate community home care service personnel from the community level by giving full play to disciplinary advantages.This study attempts to explore the ways and methods for social workers to intervene in the improvement of community elderly assistance service ability.This study on the theory of social learning theory and the theory of energized perspective,Take Elder sister Tang,a community helper in Yuzhong District,Chongqing,as a case study,through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews to collect data,to the community elderly helpers service problems and difficulties are analyzed,and in order to "win-win" for the purpose of the service,to the community elderly helpers Tang Jie empirical research on the service ability of the process of ascension.Through the research,it is found that the service status of elder sister Tang mainly exists in low sense of self-identity and professional identity,and low sense of service for the elderly.Lack of theoretical knowledge reserve,lack of understanding of the elderly group;Lack of professional service skills,difficult to meet the needs of elderly care services and other aspects of the problem.Combined with the specific problems,it is analyzed that the community elderly helpers mainly have the needs of theoretical learning,service skills improvement and the construction of social support network needs.Social workers aimed at elder sister Tang’s problems and needs,combined with the actual situation of the community,focusing on the "case + group" work method to improve their ability to serve the elderly.Under the professional services of social workers,the potential of elder sister Tang was stimulated,and her comprehensive service abilities such as communication ability,recording and analysis ability,activity planning and organization ability,resource link and application ability were improved.On this basis,summarizes the practical experiences,summarizes the community elderly helpers involved in community service ability the advantages and shortcomings of social work intervention in the process of ascension,and for social workers in community home endowment service personnel’s future development attaches great importance to the guidance of theory to meet the diversified needs of veteran service personnel,promote social worker self awareness ability and related Suggestions.At the same time,through the analysis of service effectiveness,explore the advantages of social work methods in improving the service ability of community home care service personnel,and provide a new path for the development of community social work practice.It also provides some feasible and referential professional service programs for the study of this group,and provides practical models for the later development of relevant practical work. |
