Since the reform and opening policy, our country is in the period of economictransition and social transformation, A large number of rural labor force transferred to thecity and formed a special group of people--the floating population. With the migrationof the population "family", the education problem of the migrant children, including themoral education, become an important issue.In this thesis, students of Suzhou No.12Middle School,whose parents are migrantworkers,are regarded as the research object. Through document analysis, surveys, casestudies, action research methods, we can get the suitable education strategy.Studies show that migrant workers families are unable to give their children a goodfamily education because of poor family economic conditions, low social status andcultural bias. Due to the teachers’ incorrect teaching method and the exclusion from thelocal people,the children of migrant workers are self abased, sensitive, and extremenegative. The study tries to explore the method of moral education,in whichinspirational education is thought as the core.The teachers should strive to improve their quality and ability to build up theircharisma. They should analyse migrant children’s emotional needs and personalitydifference and use the correct treatment and change their negative emotions. Therefore,they can establish "The Trinity" moral education network system from a school, family andsociety.,...
