Practical Research On Group Work Intervening In The Problem Of Job Burnout Of Nursing Staff

The new rural construction put forward the 20 character General requirements of "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life".As a new type of community construction,community building originated in Japan in 60 s twentieth Century.It played an important role in rural construction in Japan and Chinese Taiwan.The specific way is to help communities solve their own problems from five aspects: the government’s inducement,the spontaneous initiative and NGO support.Taking l village of Xiangtan County as an example,through the investigation of the construction status of the community in five aspects,starting from the perspective of social work,combined with the advantage perspective theory,and under the guidance of the regional development model,this study excavates and utilizes the community resources,cooperates with the establishment of villagers’ groups,advocates community environmental protection,inherits ancient handicrafts,opens rural lecture halls and 4:30 classes,improves the characteristic landscape environment,and enriches the life of community residents,Enhance residents’ community participation and increase villagers’ sense of happiness and community belonging.Through the practical process evaluation and effectiveness evaluation of the project,social workers can integrate relevant resources in the construction of rural communities,which is quite effective in all aspects.However,due to some specific factors,the rural community construction project still shows deficiencies and needs to be improved,including insufficient professional embodiment of social work,insufficient enthusiasm of villagers and low participation of grass-roots government.Therefore,the author puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions from three aspects: social workers’ own quality,residents’ Participation and construction mode,Try to provide ideas for enriching the localization experience of social workers in community construction practice.
