The "Hongyan Culture" originated from the local red culture of Chongqing,and is one of the bright and rich red cultures in China.It can be summarized and understood as the precious material and spiritual wealth left by the CPC and revolutionary patriots during the Anti Japanese War and the early days of the War of Liberation,in a certain historical period,formed in a specific geographical environment and social conditions,and implemented the spirit of the Party’s guidelines and policies on the anti Japanese national united front.Currently,China is in the stage of comprehensively deepening reform.In order to better play the enormous educational function contained in the "Hongyan Culture" resources,we should carry out active and effective exploration activities in combination with the current situation.Currently,through literature search and analysis,it has been found that China has made some progress in the study of "Hongyan Culture",but to bring into play the value of education and education,it is necessary to explore in different directions.On this basis,this article starts with the current content of Hongyan culture in Chinese junior high school art,explores how to use Hongyan cultural resources to promote the reform of junior high school art teaching,and takes the integration of Chongqing Hongyan culture and junior high school art teaching as a research point for the reform of junior high school art curriculum in the new era.Chongqing has a rich connotation of "Hongyan Culture",which contains profound revolutionary traditional culture and glorious revolutionary historical resources.Among them,Hongyan culture has a special geographical nature and spiritual connotation,which is not only one of Chongqing’s Hongyan tourism resources,but also a unique educational resource.Currently,Hongyan cultural resources have been systematically explored and studied in the field of tourism,but there are gaps in education.The rich material and spiritual cultural resources contained in Hongyan urgently need to be developed,transformed,and utilized in various forms.At the same time,in 2001,the Ministry of Education proposed the concept of a three-level curriculum in the basic education reform,namely,the new curriculum reform,which requires a shift from examination oriented education to quality education in terms of concept.This is called "curriculum management at the national,local,and school levels",making the curriculum more suitable for the needs of local schools and students,and encouraging art educators to use internal and external resources for curriculum development to meet the learning and development of local students.As a branch of Chinese red culture,Chongqing’s "Hongyan Culture" is a traditional and excellent revolutionary spirit in Chongqing.Integrating it with art teaching in junior high school is not only a manifestation of enriching the content of art courses and expanding art teaching methods,but also an inheritance and promotion of the excellent revolutionary spirit of local tradition.Based on local realities in Chongqing,this article aims to reorganize Hongyan cultural resources and integrate them into the practical scope of art courses,aiming to cultivate students’ comprehensive literacy and exploration ability,stimulate the patriotic spirit of the students and the family and national feelings of the students in times of crisis,help them cultivate positive and correct values,and bring into play the maximum effectiveness of Hongyan culture in art teaching.Firstly,it discusses how the Red Rock Spirit came into being,briefly expounds the rich connotations contained in the Red Rock Spirit,and analyzes the feasibility of integrating the Red Rock Spirit into art teaching.Secondly,based on a survey of the current situation of integrating Chongqing Hongyan Culture into art teaching in junior high schools,this paper analyzes some problems encountered in teaching,and proposes targeted solutions.It also conducts research combining the characteristics of middle school art education and relevant curriculum content.Finally,I will demonstrate the integration of Chongqing Hongyan Culture into the practice of art teaching in junior high schools,hoping that this study can bring some inspiration and help to art teachers in the development and utilization of Hongyan Culture and Art curriculum resources.
