| As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era and the comprehensive deepening of reform steadily advances,the reform of professional degree graduate education in China has also entered a new stage of development.By 2025,the enrollment scale of master’s professional degree graduate students will expand to about two-thirds of the total enrollment scale of master’s graduate students.Part-time master’s degree is an important part of professional master’s degree,and the scale and quality of its development affect the process of development of professional degree graduate education in China.And helping students to establish a positive and active role identity is an important way to improve the quality of part-time master’s degree training.Based on this,the article conducts a study on three issues: the way of characterizing part-time master’s students’ role identity,the process of constructing it and its influencing factors.According to the research questions,this paper follows the research line of "literature review,research design,qualitative research,quantitative analysis of textual emotions,and suggestions for countermeasures".We conducted in-depth interviews with 18 part-time master’s degree students and analyzed the interview texts through theoretical coding to find out the representation of role identity of part-time master’s degree students;we analyzed the interview texts with the help of Rost CM6 software and emotion dictionary to investigate the influencing factors of role identity,and came to the following conclusions: the five main categories of role identity of part-time master’s degree students are role identity crisis,role identity construction,academic identity,social identity and cultural identity;among them,role identity crisis is the background of role identity construction,role identity construction influences the presentation of role identity,academic identity,social identity and cultural identity are the three sub-dimensions of role identity presentation;role identity has environmental control,self-control and comprehensive Role identity has three types of constructs: environmental control,self-control and integrated control,and undergoes two constructs: initial formation of role cognition and self-regulation of role identity;the factors influencing role identity are divided into five types:humanistic care,social support,cultivation,personality and emotion,and group division.Through in-depth interviews with part-time master’s students,this study clarified the five major categories of their role identity,explored the process of constructing their role identity,and investigated the influencing factors of role identity and students’ satisfaction with different influencing factors.Based on the findings of the study,four suggestions were made to resolve the identity crisis,promote a virtuous cycle between the human body and the environment,strengthen role perception and optimize role interaction. |
