As General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized,it is required to build an education powerhouse and provide the education that the people are satisfied with.Therefore,to fulfill the overall requirement of education under the leadership of the party and country,the quality-oriented education of primary and secondary schools has been continuously promoted across our country.With the concept “core literacy” raised,how physics teachers should cultivate students’ “physics ideology”,“scientific thinking”,“scientific inquiry”and “scientific attitude and responsibility”,which make up physics competences,becomes a question that they must ponder.What’s more,with the development of artificial intellegence and with the improvement of science and technology,an increasing number of workers are replaced by machines.A variety of of advanced machines are constantly appearing,which not only reduce the cost of production,but also improve the efficiency and quality of the products.Therefore,our country lays more emphasis on cultivating innovative-oriented talents,which demands that in addition to improving teacher ’ s own teaching level,they should concentrate on students’ development in the long run,making each students become the qualified talents meeting the requirements of the society and country.Although with the reformation of college entrance examination,“3+2+1” new model offers students more options,most top universities in our country consider it a must for students to study physics,resulting in a number of students choose to learn physics.Consequently,there appear more students with learning difficulty in physics.And to transform these students is especially essential and tricky in the reseacher’s school because the school has limited teaching resources and offered limited options to students.Besides,what causes this phenomenon is complicated and the transformation strategies are mainly formulated from two aspects: students’ internal factors and teachers’ teaching factors.The former includes learning interest,learning habit,learning strategies,self-efficacy and learning will,and the latter involves improving teacher ’ s teaching level,adjusting teaching methods,and appropriately reducing teaching complexity.This study focuses on students with learning difficulty,based on the actual teaching conditions of the school,to investigate the principal causes of learning difficulty and put forward effective strategies and then put them into effect.The main research methods of this study are documentary method,survey method,case analysis method,and action research method.The main content of this thesis consists of the following five parts: 1.By collecting resources from the internet,consulting and studying relevant literature,introduction and background,the author reviews current status of the relevant research,outlines the significance and the methods,defines the relevant concepts,briefly describes the educational and teaching theories such as constructivism,mastery learning and cooperative learning that have guiding significance for this research,and lays a good theoretical foundation for the research.2.Through handing out questionnaires,the author investigates some senior 2 students with learning difficulty in physics in class1 and class 2 of a school in Baiyin City,Gansu Province and learned deeply about their current situation and accumulated first-hand information for the research.3.According to the survey results,combined with the author’s teaching experience and exploration,effective transformation strategies are proposed to help them get rid of learning difficulties.4.the author has applied the strategies for three semesters to his class and gained achievements to some extent.Some of the typical cases are listed in this thesis.The results show that through the comprehensive implementation of the transformation strategies,it is confirmed that the transformation strategies involved in this paper is conducive to helping students get rid of learning difficulties in physics.5.The author selects two typical students Wang and Zheng as case study subjects,by interviewing and observing to understand the causes of Wang and Zheng’s poor performance,and formulated dedicated transformation strategies.Through setting goals,improving learning methods,psychological counseling,cultivating learning habits and other methods,the transformation of Wang and Zheng’s learning was completed.
