Since the 1990s,Hangzhou Qiushi primary school has taken the lead in exploring group school running in the country and set a successful example.The upsurge of group school running has gradually sprung up.As a new form of running schools in China’s basic education,group running schools play a positive role in promoting the development of compulsory education.In the process of in-depth innovation and development,group running schools gradually expand.At present,China’s compulsory education has achieved basic balance and is in the stage of transformation to high-quality balance.Under this realistic background,Kunming also combined with regional reality and followed closely to promote group school running,but it still faces many difficulties in the implementation process.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the current situation and Countermeasures of group school running in the stage of compulsory education in Kunming.This study selects Kunming Z primary school education group as the research object,and uses the methods of case study,questionnaire survey and interview survey to analyze the operation status,existing problems and underlying reasons of the education group in the context of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the competent department of education and the education group.Through the investigation of the current situation of group running of Kunming Z primary school under the background of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,this paper summarizes the school running results achieved by the education group with the support of policies and school running conditions provided by the government.Fully explain the contribution of Z primary school education group in ensuring the sharing and co construction of high-quality resources,promoting the balanced development of human resources,optimizing the allocation of educational resources,promoting the all-round development of students and improving the quality of education.The study found that the Z primary school education group also has some problems,such as inconsistent development vision of the group,difficult regeneration of high-quality resources,weak mobility of teachers and so on.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that these problems are mainly caused by the lack of macro-control,unclear role of the group and imperfect management mechanism.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of Z primary school education group,aiming at the problems existing in Z primary school education group,this study puts forward reasonable improvement strategies from the two aspects of macro-control and micro governance.At the same time,combined with the domestic successful practical experience,the author summarizes that under the background of high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,each education group must go through the practical path from leading to symbiosis and finally realize regeneration.Education groups should transform and develop in time.
